Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said they were determined to build a new constitution suitable to Turkey’s 2023 ambition. Erdoğan said that Turkey, a major regional and global player, was determined to be on the side of the weak and the wronged on international platforms from now on, as it had been in the past. “We will continue to walk toward the future with an understanding based on peace that includes or neighbors and friendly and brother countries. In that process, we will determinedly take further steps to advance our democracy still further, and especially the constitution, and to strengthen our economy.”
