''Our Prime Minister speaks like a Muslim on the subject of the refugees who have come to us from Syria''

DİDEM ÜRER: Our prime minister issued a statement about our Syrian refugee brothers and gave the people of Reyhanli a reminder from the Qur’an: “My brothers, do not forget that my brothers in Reyhanli must act toward the refugees fleeing Assad’s persecution like the people of Ansar.”

ADNAN OKTAR: That is an excellent thing to say. Well said, masha’Allah, Alhamdulillah. He spoke just like a Muslim. People say, ‘Why does the nation support Mr. Tayyip?’ This is why. He speaks with the Qur’an. He acts with the moral values of the Qur’an. He trusts in Allah and abandons himself to Allah, and Allah grants him victory.

DİDEM ÜRER: He went on: “They must open their homes up, just as those people did in those days. If our brothers who have come from Syria are living in fear in their houses, then my brothers in Reyhanli, and myself, must talk about this.’

ADNAN OKTAR: He spoke very well. Of course, they must think hard. What would they do if their families were on the other side? Allah could have put them in that position but he put these people in that position. He has bestowed this test with great wisdom. Almighty Allah has put them in this position; believers must therefore embrace them with affection.

That bomb and everything: The communists of the alleged terror organization Ergenekon did that to muddy the waters, as an act of shame. They want to make us think badly of our refugee brothers, our guests and brothers who have sought our protection and who are entrusted to us. We must not say; ‘these people have come to us. Afflictions have brought them here. They have taken our food and peace of mind. So let us chase them away. Let them kill them or do whatever they want.’ We will never say that, not even if they detonate a hundred thousand bombs in Reyhanli. We will still embrace them. This is because these people do not look through the eyes of the Qur’an and Islam. Anyone who looks through the eyes of the Qur’an will understand this. (Adnan Oktar, 24 May 2013: A9 TV)
