Famous music channel MTV"s German presenter Kristiane Backer Converted to Islam

Kristiane Backer’s life changed one night when she met her future husband İmran Khan, the famous Pakistani cricket player at a gathering that hosted worldwide famous stars like Seal, Gavin Rossdale and Elizabeth Hurley.

Thereafter Kristiane Backer visited Pakistan and witnessed the Muslim people’s desire to share out in spite of the heavy poverty within the country. That affected her so much and hereby had the opportunity to get acquainted with Islam.

Backer stated that she feels relieved when she reads the holy Qur’an. “I feel as if I am directly having a dialogue with Allah while I am reading the Qur’an.” said Backer. Currently 43 years old Backer also expresses that Islam is being interpreted in the wrong way within the Western World. 

After converting to Islam, Kristiane Backer also visited Turkey and now she is presenting some photos of the mosques of Turkey on her private web site.
