Tempo TV, December 3rd, 2008 Adnan Oktar: In the Qur’an, they are mentioned as “mustazaf”. In other words, they are poor people, helpless people. THIS IS OF COURSE AN AIM OF A MUSLIM TO SAVE THE POOR , PROVIDE THEM COMFORT, SUPPLY THEM WITH GOODS AND IMPROVE THEIR ECONOMIC WELL-BEING. IN THE QUR’AN, ALLAH POINTS TO HELPING THEM AS A GOAL FOR MUSLIMS. This is a religious duty for Muslims, this is a religious duty for everyone. A Muslim needs to try hard day and night. We are also trying hard. That’s why we want Turkish Islamic Union to be established. That is why we want to help each other on financial grounds, remove interest, decrease the payment of taxes and advance trade. If rich people have an opportunity to help, we want them help to the poor. We want the state to decrease the amount of taxes. The aim is to provide welfare and peace for the people.
Al Jazeera, December 13th, 2008 Adnan Oktar: Of course the duty of Muslims is to give alms. They need to be very scrupulous in providing goods, money and food to their brothers. They need to wipe away the debts. In the Qur’an, it is mentioned that wiping away debts is also a religious duty. It is not appropriate to force the poor to pay their debts. IT IS VITAL TO PROTECT THE POOR AND PROVIDE WELFARE AND COMFORT TO THEM AND THIS CAN BE EASILY DONE. This will also make the market boom and everything that is good will become possible.
Kibris Postasi, September 23rd, 2009 Adnan Oktar: There is fervor here; there is benevolence. There is a feeling of protection. A feeling of justice! The Ottoman Empire’s feelings of justice are very well known. People across the world fully trust the Turkish Army. Everyone loves the Turkish Army. When the Turkish Army went to Bosnia, they were met in joy. They are also going other places; for example, they go to Afghanistan and they are met with affection. THAT SITUATION IS CAUSED BY FEELINGS OF LOVE FOR THE TURKISH PEOPLE BECAUSE TURKISH PEOPLE GENERALLY HAVE HIGH FEELINGS OF COMPASSION, JUSTICE AND LOVE. THIS IS NOT OFTEN SEEN IN OTHER PLACES ACROSS THE WORLD. |
