Surat al-Qalam, 1-38, 51-52

Surat al-Qalam, verse 1

Nun. By the Pen and what they write down!

So in the End Times writings and books will be very effective. There is a sign on that because at the time of our Prophet (saas) the Qur'an was not written down; it was memorized. So there was no written Book at the time of our Prophet (saas). The Qur'an was written down in book format later on. But here: Nun. By the Pen and what they write down!  Actually in those times, verses were written on pieces of animal skin and bones. They were kept like that but it was not in a book format. “Nun.” I think the letter “Nun” is a sign pointing to the system of the Mahdi. I think that the letter “nun” has a sign like that. Nun. By the Pen and what they write down!  So in the End Times I think that Almighty Allah points to the importance of preaching and the Book in the End Times.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 2

By the blessing of your Lord, you are not mad.

Almighty Allah says, “You are not crazy”. We understand from the verse that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be accused and slandered like this just like it was said about our Prophet (saas). Insha’Allah. By the blessing of your Lord, you are not mad. With His blessing, By the blessing of your Lord, you are not mad. You are not crazy.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 3

You will have a wage which never-fails.

You will constantly earn good deeds. You will always speak the word. You will spread the religion and pray, because you are always on the right path and you will earn good deeds. This openly talks about  the Prophet (saas) but the verse also points to Hazrat Mahdi (as).

Surat al-Qalam, verse 4

Indeed you are truly vast in character.

You know that our Prophet (saas) had very high morals. He had the highest morals. When we consider that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will resemble the Prophet (saas), we understand that it points to Hazrat Mahdi (as) as well.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 5

So you will see and they will see

The fifth verse; it begins at the fifth and ends at the sixth. Five and six, meaning fifty-six. There are signs in verses also. There is a number here formed by consecutive numbers. In that sense our brothers can solve many things, insha’Allah.So you will see and they will see

 So there is a conquest very near. It looks to the time of our Prophet (saas) and it is understood that there will be a conquest, a beauty for the benefit of Muslims in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as).

Surat al-Qalam, verse 6

...which of you is mad.

So they will also claim that Hazrat Mahdi (as) and what he says is   a corruption and that he has gone mad and lost his mind and lost his way.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 7

Your Lord knows best who is misguided from His Way and He knows best those who are guided.

Your Lord knows best who is misguided from His Way and He knows best those who are guided. Allah says, “He knows who the dajjal is better [then men do].” He knows best those who are guided. He says, “He knows better who the Mahdi is [then men do].” Mahdi means 'he who is guided'. Mahdi is also the one who guides and helps to be guided.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 8

So do not obey those who deny the truth.

So do not obey bigots, Darwinists, materialists. I am telling as it points to the End Times.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 9

They wish that you would conciliate them, then they too would be conciliating.

Now the Darwinists say, “There is Darwinism in the Qur'an.” They say, “Come and we can agree with you.” I said, “There is no Darwinism in the Qur'an.” They say, “Let’s agree about the PKK.” They say that PKK will not do anything. I say that we cannot agree on that. They say that we could agree on communism. We say we cannot agree on that either.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 10

But do not obey any vile swearer of oaths,

Allah shows us who are the inferior ones. We understand from their attitudes and actions; they also know it. They are a group.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 11

Any backbiter, slander-monger,

“Any backbiter, slander-monger, ” We look at the internet and Facebook; it says “Any backbiter, slander-monger,” there is no ”unflattering”. There is no other subject; he always condemns and reproves. He does not see anything good; he does not pay compliments on anything. “...slander-monger” he gets news from one place and writes it down. He takes the news from elsewhere and then he brings it to you and takes it away to some place else. Right? He is on the Internet and phone all the time. He bandies about continuously.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 12

Impeder of good, evil aggressor,

“Impeder of good, evil aggressor,” He is trying to stop the struggle against Darwinism. We are telling the word; he is trying to prevent that. We want the Islamic Union; they are trying to stop us. We herald the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) and he is trying to prevent that. We are heralding the return of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) and he is trying to stop that. Look, “...impeder of good, evil aggressor,” He is attacking with his words and articles. When we look at Facebook we see how aggressive they are. They are both anarchists and terrorists and very aggressive at the same time. Some of them come and attack the fossils and some attack bookstores as a result of their aggressiveness. Some attack soldiers and the police. “Impeder of good” He is displaying a character against the Qur'an. Some become Darwinist-materialists, some become sinners by following a completely different faith. Some say they believe the Qur'an but they make additions to the Qur'an. The bigots bring about false hadiths claiming them to be our Prophet (saas)’s hadiths and act against Allah’s command. They thus become sinners because it is a great sin to change Allah’s command.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 13

Gross, coarse and furthermore, despicable,

Allah says: “...coarse and furthermore,” What does this mean? One who destroys things and acts like a bully. He goes and attacks Muslims. He attacks them because they praise Allah and display a fossil exhibition or distribute books. “Gross, coarse and furthermore, despicable,” He uses a manner of speech that is very disrespectful and adverse.“...and furthermore” meaning one who has a criminal record and carries out bad conduct continuously . He has a criminal record so he is known for his conflicting behaviors. Muslims meet such people.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 14

Simply because he possesses wealth and sons.

Possessions and children have become the goal for most people in the End Times. For example we look at marriage programs; they all choose according to possessions. Possessions and children; it is all about that. If they have children and possessions, they get spoiled and forget about Allah. But their children will die and possessions will fade away. In the end neither his possessions nor children will be left. But they think that these things will make him eternal. In the verse it is revealed; “He thinks possessions and children will make him eternal”. I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed satan. Simply because he possesses wealth and sons. Some Muslims are like this; their only aim is to get married, have children and live a prosperous life.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 15

When Our Signs are recited to him, he says,‘Just myths of previous peoples!’

Now many irreligious people and atheists claim that. When they read the Qur'an, the commands of Allah, they say, “Just the myths of previous peoples”. They say that these were taken from myths. They claim that the Qur'an is made up of many tales being brought together. The Torah? They say that the Torah is like that also, made up of nothing but myths.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 16

We will brand him on the snout!

Surat al-Qalam, verse 17

We have tried them as We tried the owners of the garden when they swore that they would harvest in the morning.

So he says, “I will absolutely come in the evening. We will definitely do this. Nothing will happen”. He gives an oath, “We will definitely do it”.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 18

But did not say the redeeming words, ‘If Allah wills’.

Allah says, “They were not saying ‘insha’Allah’”. They do not say, “If Allah wills ”. He says that he will definitely come in the evening. We will do this, and tomorrow we will do that, we will be strong and we will have fun and we will have children. Some so-called religious people say,  “These are the myths of previous people”. They also do not believe in religion .

Surat al-Qalam, verse 19

So a visitation from your Lord came upon it while they slept

“While they slept” when sleeping; it may be sleeping in any way. A person’s sleep. He can sleep in the evening at bed, or in a coma or he can pass out. Sleeping in any way of the sort. “So a visitation from your Lord came upon it while they slept” Disasters are on their way, trouble comes and surrounds him. It catches him there. 

Surat al-Qalam, verse 20

And in the morning it was like burnt land stripped bare.

Allah says that He made it completely black. “Burnt and stripped”. It was all black.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 21

In the morning they called out to one another,

Surat al-Qalam, verse 22

‘Leave early for your land if you want to pick the fruit.’

Leave early and begin work. We will get results. In the morning everything will be over. We will have all sorts of blessings and means in the morning. We will reach our goals.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 23

So they set off, quietly saying to one another,

“‘Do not let any poor man into it today while you are there.’”

Look, they are also against the poor. While Islam protects the poor, neo-liberal capitalism is against the poor; they hate the poor. Many rich people hate to see poor people. When there are rich people, they show lots of love and attention. When they see poor people, they feel disturbed. The verse says, “‘Do not let any poor man into it today while you are there.’” This is because they hate the poor.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 25-26-27

They left early, intent on carrying out their scheme. But when they saw it, they said, ‘We must have lost our way. No, the truth is we are destitute!’

When they see the garden there, they are shocked. “We must have lost our way” They do not accept trouble. This is a characteristic of the unbelievers. They say “Nothing will happen to that, and nothing will happen to this.” “We must have lost our way” He did not lose his way; it is true and you see it. It is open and in the clear. What does he say? "We must have lost our way". We are surprised; we are seeing it wrong probably. "No, the truth is we are destitute!’”

Surat al-Qalam, verse 28

The best of them said, ‘Did I not say to you,“Why do you not glorify Allah?”’

A smart one. " The best of them said, ‘Did I not say to you, “Why do you not glorify Allah?”’ There is always someone gentle. Hazrat Khidr (as) walks among them and people do not realize it. A gentle someone appears as “ ...a man who comes running”, insha’Allah.

" The best of them said, ‘Did I not say to you,“Why do you not glorify Allah?”" Should not you say, 'insha’Allah', 'masha’Allah'?

Surat al-Qalam, verse 29

They said, ‘Glory be to our Lord! Truly we have been wrongdoers.’

But they say this after it is too late.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 30-31

They turned to face each other in mutual accusation. They said, ‘Woe to us! We were indeed inordinate.

They tell this at last. This is also something good that they accept they are inordinate.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 32

Maybe our Lord will give us something better than it in exchange. We entreat our Lord.’

Because when one regrets something, that person should submit to Allah and ask for help from Allah. “We entreat our Lord.”

Surat al-Qalam, verse 51

Those who are disbelievers all but strike you down with their evil looks when they hear the Reminder and say, ‘He is quite mad.’

“Those who are disbelievers all but strike you down with their evil looks when they hear the Reminder”. Bigots have evil looks. They cannot stand the Qur'an. Look what the verse says, I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed satan: "Those who are disbelievers all but strike you down with their evil looks when they hear the Reminder". Darwinists and materialists do not like the Qur'an so much. They also do not like Muslims so much. Some of them are, of course, respectful. "...and say, He is quite mad " Look, they look with anger and hatred in their eyes. "...and say, He is quite mad " Because Hazrat Mahdi (as) defends the Qur'an, a majority of people will try to destroy him. They will look in an evil way to Hazrat Mahdi (as) and say " He is quite mad" We understand from the verse that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be accused of being mad.

Surat al-Qalam, verse 52

But it is nothing less than a Reminder to all the worlds.

Almighty Allah praises the Qur'an like this.
