Mr. Adnan Oktar has been saying for years that the PKK is a communist, Marxist, Leninist and Stalinist organization and reminds viewers that they would not lay down their arms without reaching their goals. In addition, he states that the PKK’s actual goal is to establish a communist Kurdistan in the Southeast region in the form of a separate state. However, following such statements of Mr. Oktar, many people from different circles - and even the ringleaders of the PKK - have made statements that the PKK has an ideology and therefore they will not lay down their arms. Sedat Laciner also wrote that for the PKK to lay down their arms would mean giving up their golas and stated that the PKK’s actual goal is to establish a separate state. November 14th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: Laying down arms is a very primitive mentality. They are not thinking about laying down their arms. The man carries a gun in his belt or puts it in a drawer or hides it under a rock. A gun is very easy to obtain. It is as if they have acquired their arms with difficulty and when they lay them down, it will be over. How will they lay them down? They will not do that and they will not go away. It would mean complete destruction for them. They have given away their lives for the communist ideology and it is not technically possible. It is a deceit. It is clearly a deceit. It’s the roadmap the PKK wants. This is what they mean by the “peace process.” Are we going to let it happen? We will stop those who try with law and order. Their only concern is to have Abdullah Ocalan as the President of a communist Kurdistan, which they aim to establish in the Southeast region. They are striving to do this. This is the thing. All these things are only a game. These are games played to show Abdullah Oclana as a so-called hero. August 24th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: The PKK would be destroyed if it lay down its arms. Look I’m stressing this: The PKK would lose all its political power when they lay down their arms. They would be destroyed completely. Weapons are the only tools that make the PKK stand straight. Weapons are their strength. Therefore the PKK would never lay down arms. So they will forget about this. It will never happen. They will not stop their organized activities. But they may only not do any severe protests, only not to make the government angry. They may be carrying out activities or protests of medium effect, according to their own mentality. But they would never lay down their arms or stop protests orterrorist activities because the PKK gets is strength from threats and violence; when this strength is taken away, the people would forget about the PKK. The people would go on about their own business. Normal politics would begin. And the political understanding that supports the PKK would cease to exist very quickly. The people subconsciously hate the PKK a lot. Their hatred is great. So they would forget about them immediately. But the PKK earns its respect with guns. Some people surrender to this strength. They kiss the hand that they cannot avoid. This is the problem. This is where the trouble is. A9 TV: December 31st, 2012 ADNAN OKTAR: The PKK has achieved everything with weapons until now.
