Putin: “In Syria, a Solution can not be Arrived Without Assad”

 Mr. Adnan Oktar recently hosted the Archbishop and senior members of the Grand Lodge of Masons from Italy. In this meeting, Mr. Oktar suggested, " The United States, Russia, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Turkey may negotiate to hand over a small part of the territory in Syria to Assad, and then hold an election."

Indeed, followed by this statement, Turkey's President Erdogan and Putin participated in the opening ceremony of Moscow Central Mosque, and after the ceremony, Putin, in his interview for CBS broadcasting in the United States, made the following statement: "There is no solution in Syria without Assad." Mr. President Erdogan made a statement that Assad may be involved in a transition period.

ADNAN OKTAR:  Assad does not seem to have the ability to make decisions on his own. He seems to be be intimidated from the people around him. Therefore, it would be very beneficial to persuade Putin. If we take him [Assad] with his family to Turkey, he would be both safe and comfortable. Also, he may join any party in the next elections. He would be respected as well. I think it would be beneficial to negotiate this issue with Putin.

Both Putin and Obama are peaceable. They have a gentle tone, adopt a rational approach and avoid speaking aggressively. On the other hand, I think Putin would have a very positive impact in persuading Assad. I think there would be some intervention towards this issue.

A democratic election should be performed with the participation of international observers. If necessary, Assad would enter the election. But if he does not win the election, he has to respect the result. Otherwise, he will pass away by leaving an outrageous impression and a bad reputation in the world. Our advice and your advice are same. I hope he will do that.

It is under our guarantee to make sure not to dishonour or debase him. It is under your guarantee and our guarantee. If both freemasonry community and we are  in alliance, activate the other forces as well and ask other people, it would not be something that cannot be accepted. The conclusion is an invitation, a nice invitation. He would accept the invitation. After the dust has settled, he would join the election. It is very important to provide an international guarantee to Assad in this regard. We will do that if God permits. And thus, the issue would be handled as well. Otherwise, it would be terrible, and I do not want to even think about that.

ADNAN OKTAR: They should negotiate with Putin at first.  If Syria does not want all of the territory, let them say where they want, they would have approximately where they want as their nation. This issue would be handled.

Syria should not be destroyed, but the rest of Syria's territory should be handed over to Turkey. It should be annexed to Turkey as a federation. The other part of the territory should be in their own administration. This is the best solution. Let Russia build as many bases as she wants. They may build a military base as well there. No one intervenes Russian traffic in Syria. There should be an agreement on this issue. In other words, they should say where they want, and we will do the talking about this. Let me tell that there will not be even a single person there. They are supposed to bring Russian soldiers. These soldiers would be perished. Both the blood of Muslim and Russian would be shed. This is not rational.

ADNAN OKTAR: What about the situation of Assad? At first, it is necessary to cease the fight. Muslims and the opponents should gather, in other words, they should gather with every segment of the society and sit down and talk rationally. “How can we rationally deal with this issue rather than fall out with?" For instance, they can say that “you should retreat to Latakia, establish your own state there, and let us make an independent election here and let anyone elected by the people come into power." Is there any objection? They can hold a free election and say, “you may establish a state there and make sure your own safety and comfort." Make an election there as well, and let the people elect anyone they want. However, I suggest that they should be annexed to Turkey as a federation. That would be the ultimate solution and provide great wealth and abundance revenues. A cease-fire would be achieved immediately, and a state would be founded in the region of Latakia with Assad in power. This issue would be settled peacefully.

Russian President Putin granted an interview to the CBS television. In reply to the question, "Does the intervention of Russian soldiers aim to rescue Assad?", Putin said: “Well, that is exactly the case. One of our goals is to rescue Damascus , one of the regions under Assad."

Putin, reflecting that the only way to end the civil war in Syria is to support the government of Syria, emphasized that those who want to overthrow Assad should address to the Syrian people since the leader of Syria is only be elected by the people. 

Speaking for the first time after the negotiation with Russian President Putin in Moscow, Mr. Erdogan stated that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad may be involved in a transition period.

Turkish President Erdogan and Putin participated in the opening ceremony of Moscow Central Mosque. Putin made a statement that Islam is "an indispensable part of" Russia and emphasized that Muslim opinion leaders always contribute to the development of peace and common sense.
