Russia is regarded as a friend of Muslims and must not support Syria

ADNAN OKTAR: Russia supports them. RUSSIA MUST BE WARNED. People have sympathetic feelings toward Russia. Russia is regarded as a friend of Muslims, and Putin is also generally thought of like that. MY REQUEST OF PUTIN THAT HE SHOULD NOT SUPPORT THESE IMMORAL PEOPLE. Russia is a country that we will embrace when we have Islamic Unity. We will not need bases. The Russians are very dear to us, but in military terms they must cease supporting those sadists. That is putting Russia in a  horrible position, it will turn them from popular to unpopular. WE MUST INSIST THAT PUTIN ACT AS AN INTERMEDIARY. PUTIN WILL RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, INSHA’ALLAH.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a telephone conversation with Russian head of state Vladimir Putin. Erdoğan and Putin announced that they were agreed on speaking again in the near future and hoped that the Syrian shoot down of a Turkish jet needed to be illuminated as soon as possible.

A written statement from the Prime Minister’s Office said that bilateral relations had been discussed in the talks between Erdoğan and Putin, as well as regional issues,  particularly Syria.
