New Mosque to be built in Los Angeles

Los Angeles section of United American Muslim Association (UAMA) plans to open a new mosque in LA. UAMA has already opened two mosques previously; Bosporus Mosque in Orange County and Ulu Mosque in San Diego.

The mosque to be opened today would be named as New Mosque; same name with Istanbul Eminonu’s New Mosque.  Besides, the project of turning New Jersey’s church titled ‘Masonic Temple’ into a ‘Mosque and Culture Center’ has been completed. Thereby, Bergen Turkish Cultural Center& Mosque was handed over to Turkish community.
