In his live conversation programs, Mr. Adnan Oktar frequently emphasizes, “No one could ever divide Turkey. If someone tries that, all hell would break loose and 77 million people would become martyrs if anyone attempts that.” When asked a question about division, Mr. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu replied, “If necessary, we will not hesitate to use weapons to prevent Turkey from being divided” and clarified his attitude on the matter in line with the statements of Mr. Oktar. May 16th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: We will not let them divide Turkey. They can think about it but dividing us is impossible. We would destroy them. There is no man that can make us do that. We would turn the whole world into hell if they try such a thing, we will die, all 80 million of us. That’s another thing. But let me tell you that we would destroy the world. There would not be any America, Russia, China left. The whole world would turn to dust. All hell would break loose. If you try to play with the dignity and pride of the Turkish people, Allah would bring the Day of Judgment. In a country where Hazrat Mahdi (as) lives, there could be no division. You will forget about this. There is Islamic Union in Turkey now. We brought Turks, Kurds and Circassians together and formed Islamic Union. April 4th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: They will forget this. Turkey is a blessing for the world. It is a beauty for the world. We have a beautiful country that protects the innocent and stops tyrants. We do not want indignity. We live with our dear Kurdish brothers and sisters very well. We see them as the beauty of Turkey. We see their decency, courtesy and respect as a kind of richness and beauty. No one can separate us. February 16th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: There is no such thing. We will never allow a system that could divide Turkey. But one can dream or talk as he wants. He can go to cafes and talk or think about it; he is free to do that but we will never let them do it. They should not try any longer. When we feel that Turkey will be divided, when we see a sign as to that, we will move the heavens and earth and we will not let it happen. If necessary, 70 million of us will be martyred. They should not look for new ways. It’s not possible: They will forget this, insha’Allah. They need to take precautions against this. The government must be very smart. February 1st, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: How will they plan to bring self-autonomy? There is no logic to this. Turkey is like steel. Our faith is like steel. We will not let Turkey be divided. Also we will not allow any self-autonomy or any means that could lead to division. They should forget about that. There is no reason to say this thirty times over and it is wrong. Why self-autonomy? They are our brothers. We are their brothers. We have been very close with our Kurdish brothers for hundreds of years. We have been getting along happily. You can teach new tricks to an old dog. We see our brothers and sisters in Izmir, Istanbul, Ankara and everywhere. We will also see our brothers in Izmir and Ankara there. So borders, curtains, self-autonomy, federation or a Stalinist communist Kurdish state as the PKK demands; it is not possible that we let such things. We said this and showed the way. If you are willing to kill 77 million of us, then you can take Turkey. Otherwise we will not let you. It is very clear. We have said this thirty times over. |
