A9 TV: December 17th, 2013 ADNAN OKTAR: Democracy and justice system are working just fine in Turkey. The system is flowing normally. I cannot see anything out of the ordinary. There is no such thing that someone will not commit a crime because he is the son of a minister of state or he can be a minister and he can still commit a crime. He could; he is only human after all. When someone is appointed as minister, he doesn't become a saint. He only gets a position in the state. He is still human so he can commit a crime. If he commits a crime, he gets punished for that crime. His crime doesn't hold the government accountable. The government continues its duties. December 23rd, 2013: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: No one is defending graft. No one ever could. Is Mr. Tayyip saying, “Yes I am defending graft”? On the contrary, he is confronting the situation. This is his top priority ever since he came to office; stopping corruption and graft. There could be people from his family, relatives and acquaintances and such who have committed crimes and in the future this could happen also. But it would be wrong to blame the government for this. A9 TV: December 24th, 2013 ADNAN OKTAR: How could you cover it up? How is it possible? I’m looking at the High Penalty Courts and there are three judges and a persecutor. When necessary, sometimes the verdict goes to a higher court. There is the Supreme Court and there is evidence in the case files. Sometimes the evidence can be wrong and sometimes it is correct. But this requires some patience. There is no need to be so impatient. Justice moves slowly but steadily. If there is no explanation, this is actually harmful propaganda. Also when there is a Muslim community involved, it seems a little strange, but it needs to be dealt with as soon as possible. A9 TV: December 26th, 2013 ADNAN OKTAR: The state will find and punish those who commit crimes. Therefore it is not right to appear as weak and helpless. I see this in some people working in the press; this is wrong. Even if the authorities miss it at first, then they realize what is going on. Therefore everything will be just fine. The state doesn't collapse because of the deeds of three or ten people. |
