German couple converted to Islam in Turkey

Mahlmann Reinhold (47) and his wife Dallmeier Ged. Dathel (55) came from Hamburg to visit a friend in Unye Turkey.

Their Turkish friend Ms. Nuray Kaya explained how they decided to embrace Islam: “I have been introducing Islam to them for a long time and the more they heard about Islam the more they admired pretty much.”

Thus the couple decided to convert to Islam and applied to Unye Office of the Mufti. Aydin Yigman, the Mufti, explained five pillars of Islam to the couple and told them that Islam is a religion of love and compassion and Muslims believe in all of the prophets. Mr Yigman also presented an English copy of the Qur’an and a book covering five pillars of Islam to the couple.
