Al Jazeera’s Arabic-language service, broadcast from Qatar, carried a special interview with Adnan Oktar on 27 October, 2007. The text of the program, titled "Private Visit," also appeared on the Al Jazeera Arabic-language web site on 24 October, 2007. Under the caption "Harun Yahya… The Spread of Islamic Thinking," the interview emphasized the difficulties the author had faced on his intellectual path and his wide-ranging activities aimed toward the demolition of irreligious ideologies and the spread of the moral values of Islam.
