Could you please give more information on your work on the international phenomenological movement? What was the message that you wanted to give to the people?
Hans Köchler: The International phenomenological movement is related to philosophy. It is a particular approach in philosophy which means that we do not base our theories and our interpretation on the world on preconceived opinions or stereotypes but we describe reality as it is and make this the basis of our interpretation and understanding of the world and we think that this approach which by the way was also the philosophical method of one of the leaders of the Christian world namely Pope John Paul II, this approach is a rational method to overcome differences and misunderstandings between cultures and also religious belief systems.
