Surat Ash-Shu'ara, 26 (Opportunism is not acceptable)

Do not deprive people of what is theirs. Do not spread corruption on earth. (Surat ash-Shu’ara, 26)
Do not spread anarchy, terror. For instance sometimes people fall in need financially and say "I am putting my house up for sale urgently." For instance let us say that the rightful price of the house is 100 billion liras with our old currency. That means 100 thousand liras. The man asks; "For how much would you sell it?" And he says, "It should be very low if you are selling it urgently." He says "let us make it 20 thousand liras". That would be cruelty. It is not acceptable. Opportunism is not acceptable. If the man is selling his house because he is in need, his house should nevertheless be bought to its rightful price. See what Allah says in the verse; "do not deprive people of what is theirs."So that is religiously forbidden.
