Surat An-Nahl, 125

“Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and fair admonition, and argue with them in the kindest way. Your Lord knows best who is misguided from His way. And He knows best who are guided.”

This verse clearly explains the obligation on Muslims to invite to the way of Allah. It is obvious in all the verses that it is an obligation on Muslims.  “Call to the way of your Lord with wisdom and fair admonition”. Call who? All Muslims? What is the way of your Lord? The Qur'an.
