Ramadan 2011 - The 21th Day

1859

You who have iman! have taqwa of Allah and iman in His Messenger. He will give you a double portion of His mercy and grant you a Light by which to walk and forgive you.Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat al-Hadid, 28)

The easiness of Islam is a blessing from Allah

Believers constantly live their lives according to what the All-Merciful and Most Merciful has revealed in the Qur’an. No matter where they are, they display a moral character that pleases Allah and avoid any behavior that displeases Him. In His mercy, Allah gave Islam to humanity, a religion that is easy to follow and results in a good and contented way of life. From the Qur’an, we can see that Islam’s requirements are extremely easy, because “Allah desires ease for you; He does not desire difficulty for you” (Surat al-Baqara, 185).

Due to His compassion and mercy, all true religions contain rules that are very easy to obey. The various attempts made throughout history to deviate from the essence of religion and to prevent people from living according to it have added several enforced practices and myths to it. When such distortions become firmly established and self-generating traditions, people, either with or without their knowledge, become far removed from the religious morality. One of the most dangerous of these distorted beliefs is that it is hard to live according to the religious morality. However, both Allah and our Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) state that it is very easy for believers to follow this morality.

As with everything else that exists, Allah has created human beings from nothing. With full knowledge of them, as well as being closer to them than their jugular veins, He created religion in such a way that it fully corresponds with each person’s inherent human nature:

So set your face firmly toward the Religion, as a pure natural believer, Allah’s natural pattern on which He made humanity. There is no changing Allah’s creation. That is the true Religion – but most people do not know it. (Surat ar-Rum, 30)

The Qur’an is a clear teaching that anyone, regardless of age and culture, can understand. The oft-heard assertion that this is not true is based mainly on people’s ignorance of Islam’s essence. Today, many people are unaware of the truths revealed in the Qur’an, the existence of the Afterlife, the pangs of Hell, the incomparable blessings of Paradise, and of what He has revealed concerning various matters. However, the Qur’an was sent down so that people could read it, know its wisdom, and learn the purpose of life:

It’s revealed in the Qur’an that: “And [I have been ordered] to recite the Qur’an.” (Surat an-Naml, 92)

A Muslim’s greatest responsibility is to read the Qur’an and live according to It. The Qur’an is clear, and everyone who reads It can understand It. But only those whom Allah guides to the straight path can apply Its morality to their lives. Allah promises to guide everyone who turns to Him in complete sincerity. Those who assert that the Qur’an is hard to understand seek to prevent others from reading it, turning toward Allah, and living according to its moral teachings. However, Allah says in many verses that the Qur’an is clear and understandable:

We have sent down Clear Signs to you, and no one rejects them except the deviators. (Surat al-Baqara, 99)

O humanity! A clear proof has come to you from your Lord. We have sent down a Clear Light to you. (Surat an-Nisa, 174)

Allah has been pleased to choose the religion of Islam for humanity; moreover, the rules and practice of the Qur’an are very simple. In its verses, Allah says of the Qur’an:

We did not send down the Qur’an to you to make you miserable, but only as a reminder for those who fear [and respect Allah]. (Surah Ta Ha, 2-3)

In His endless mercy and compassion, Allah has detailed in the Qur’an the kind of life that will ensure our happiness and contentment. Allah states this in the Qur’an as follows:

But as for him [or her] who believes and acts rightly, he [or she] will receive the best of rewards, and We will issue a command, making things easy for him [or her]. (Surat al-Kahf, 88)

He has selected you and not placed any constraint upon you in the religion – the religion of your forefather Abraham. (Surat al-Hajj,78)

One of the most important features of the hadiths of our Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who made the Qur’an his guide, is that they are very easy to follow. Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), who made the Qur’an his guide gave this advice to his people: "Make things easy for the people, and do not make it difficult for them. Make them calm (with glad tidings), and do not repulse (them)" (Sahih Bukhari).

It is important for every Muslim to show that religion, in its essence, is easy in order to kindle the people’s hearts with the Qur’an and Islamic morality, teach them the Qur’an and our Prophet’s (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) Sunnah as the only guides for their lives. Many people are unaware of this truth and think that their lives will be more comfortable if they disregard the Qur’an’s morality out of concern that it will restrict their enjoyment of life’s pleasures. However, such great errors and deceptions obscure the fact that such morality is easy to follow, for Allah, Who created humanity, is fully aware of what system of morality is best for His creation. Actually, what is difficult is to live in a society composed of individuals who do not know the boundaries that Allah has set.

Those who sincerely submit to Allah, fear and respect Him, and observe the Qur’an’s morality will enjoy success in both worlds. Above all, they experience the spiritual enjoyment and clear conscience that come from obeying Him, for Allah gives glad tidings to those who do His will and keep within the boundaries:

Those who repent, those who worship, those who praise, those who fast, those who bow, those who prostrate, those who command the right, those who forbid the wrong, and those who preserve the limits of Allah: give good news to the believers. (Surat at-Tawba, 112)

Some people who cannot understand the essence of religion can easily become fanatical by prohibiting what Allah has not prohibited, and thereby assume that they are superior to others. Allah has warned believers about this danger:

Say: “O People of the Book. Do not go to extremes in your religion, asserting other than the truth, and do not follow the whims and desires of people who were misguided previously and have misguided many others, and are far from the right way.” (Surat al-Ma’ida, 77)

How does our body know its friends from its enemies?

Many battles are fought between the bacteria and viruses aiming to increase in number and the defense cells that protect the body against these enemies every day without us ever realizing it. So, how do they recognize good bacteria and not attack them?

Tolerance of the Defense System

•    T cells are the fighter white blood cells of our body. They fight against everything harmful to the body and they eliminate hazardous bacteria and molecules out of our body.

•    Every cell has an identification system to introduce itself that we call receptors. Fighter T cells can make this distinction by recognizing the receptors in all other cells, and they oversee the cells the body needs. This quality of the defense system is called “tolerance.”

•    If a T cell faces a body cell, it does not attack it, and makes itself ineffective.

There is no doubt that the defense system acts with the inspiration of Almighty Allah as revealed in the verse "And obeys its Lord and it must." (Surat al-Inshiqaq, 2)

The Cells’ Training That Amaze the Science World

In a research paper published in Nature Immunology magazine, researchers under the leadership of Shannon Turley have found that the defense system has a tolerance mechanism that was previously unknown. According to this;
•    The lymph nodes are like strategic encampments that surround the whole body. The white blood cells, which are defense cells, pull the antigens to the lymph nodes and fight them.

•    However, the lymph nodes found in the intestines are like a training center more than a strategic encampment. The basic cells found there train the T-cells, which are the soldiers of our defense system, about behaving in an appropriate manner towards these uninvited guests.

Shannon Turley, one of the pathologists at Harvard University that leads research about this subject, states her excitement as such:

“T-cells either ignore the intestine tissue or bring it into a tolerant state. However, it is still not known how the cells teach the T-cells, which are very sensitive towards microbes, not to attack intestine cells.”

There is no doubt that a system, which even the most intelligent researchers and scientists cannot comprehend, being placed inside a cell with no ability to think and consider things for itself has a very special meaning. This is a reflection of the matchless Creation of Allah, the Owner of infinite knowledge, seen in a small cell. It is revealed that Allah’s infinite knowledge encompasses all in the Qur’an as such:

“... They cannot grasp any of His knowledge save what He wills. His Footstool encompasses the heavens and the earth and their preservation does not tire Him. He is the Most High, the Magnificent.” (Surat al-Baqara, 255)

The Earth is under the threat of meteors

Our Prophet (saas) has revealed that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will appear in a most select, distinguished place much liked by people

It is narrated from Abu Naim Abdullah bin Umar that Rasullah (saas) said:

HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) WILL APPEAR FROM A VILLAGE CALLED KERIME (SELECT, HONORED, VALUABLE).”

(Nurul Absar, The ahl al-bayt, the twelve imams, their axes and the deeds of the imams of the schools, Seblenci, p, 590)

Complexity of RNA Molecules Refutes Evolutionist Claims

Probabilistic calculations make it clear that complex molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids (RNA and DNA) could not ever have been formed by chance independently of each other. Yet evolutionists have to face the even greater problem that all these complex molecules have to coexist simultaneously in order for life to exist at all.

Evolutionary theory is utterly confounded by this requirement. This is a point on which some leading evolutionists have been forced to confession. For instance, Stanley Miller's and Francis Crick's close associate from the University of San Diego California, reputable evolutionist Dr. Leslie Orgel says:

It is extremely improbable that proteins and nucleic acids, both of which are structurally complex, arose spontaneously in the same place at the same time. Yet it also seems impossible to have one without the other. And so, at first glance, one might have to conclude that life could never, in fact, have originated by chemical means.1

The same fact is also admitted by other scientists:

John Horgan, "In the Beginning", Scientific American, vol. 264, February 1991, p. 119

DNA cannot do its work, including forming more DNA, without the help of catalytic proteins, or enzymes. In short, proteins cannot form without DNA, but neither can DNA form without proteins.2

Douglas R. Hofstadter, Gödel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid, New York, Vintage Books, 1980, p. 548

How did the Genetic Code, along with the mechanisms for its translation (ribosomes and RNAmolecules), originate? For the moment, we will have to content ourselves with a sense of wonder and awe, rather than with an answer.3

WOLF SKULL

Age: 80 million years
Period: Cretaceous
Location: Du Lan County, Qing Hai, China

Fossil findings are one of the countless proofs that Creation is a manifest truth. The 80-million-year-old wolf  skull in the illustration, for example, is one of life forms that never changed over the course of millions of years. This is proof that it was created, and that evolution never happened.

Evolutionists, on the other hand, have no evidence to support their theories One would expect evolutionists to display some three to five intermediate-form fossils that support their claims, if they actually possessed any. If they cannot do that, and never will be able to, then they have to explain why they have portrayed their illusions as reality for so many years.

The time has now come for Darwinists to stop fantasizing and see the truth in the face of the millions of fossils that prove Creation.

Portents And Features Of The Mahdi's Coming

Our Prophet (saas) imparted glad tidings regarding the Mahdi, who will be sent during the End Times. For example, this great individual will liberate Muslims from cruelty and suffering; eliminate corruption; and usher in an era of peace, justice, plenty, happiness, and well being. According to reliable hadiths, he will return Islam, which has been distorted via superstitions and practices, to its true essence; meet with Prophet 'Isa (as); and, by Allah's will, will enable Islam's moral values to prevail on Earth.

These great tidings enhance all believers' enthusiasm and excitement. Many of the prophetic hadiths and scholarly manuscripts that have come down to us have transmitted the joy and enthusiasm of those tidings and have kept the subject alive and of interest among believers. The portents that we are seeing in our own time show us that the Mahdi's coming is close at hand. Indeed, the current climate of chaos, oppression, terror, and war, as well as the strife, famines, and earthquakes, are all portents of this great event.

This small book consists of two parts: "The Portents of the Mahdi's Coming" and "The Mahdi's Features." There can be no doubt that all new information learned regarding this subject will enhance the Muslims' excitement.
