THE TURKISH-ISLAMIC UNION IS A UNION THAT WILL BE FOUNDED ON SINCERITY, HONESTY AND LOVE, NOT ON COLD, INTELLECTUAL WORDS
The Turkish-Islamic Union is a coalition that both Turkey and the Turkish people and Azerbaijan and the Azeri people are longing for and wish to see established with all their hearts. Through this union, both Azerbaijan and Turkey, which will be two states but a single nation, and also the other states and nations that will take their place within the union will attain peace, well-being and happiness. Because this union is essentially one of love, friendship, brotherhood and solidarity. In addition, not just Azerbaijan and Turkey, but a whole range of states and peoples across a wide region from the Adriatic to China will enjoy the true taste of love, brotherhood, friendship and peace through the Turkish-Islamic Union.
The Turkish-Islamic Union is a union of hearts that will be founded on profound love, brotherly relations, friendship, understanding and tolerance, the waiving of rights if necessary, and on behaving in a forgiving and mature way. Complete honesty and sincerity, true desire, enthusiasm and fervor are essential if the union is to be established. In order for the Turkish-Islamic Union to be established, for peoples and states to desire this union, they need to be in a state of unity of spirit, in a state of total honesty, love, friendship and honesty. Within this sincere approach there is no room for useless, intellectual words, harsh and impulsive outbursts, protests that will do no good or the usual old popular demonstrations.
Feelings of love and friendship need to be reinforced and these bonds strengthened in order for a sound friendship to be established between Azerbaijan, Turkey and Armenia in particular, for the occupation of Azeri territory to end and for Armenians, Azeris and Turks to live as brothers, and for these nations to attain the peace and well-being they deserve. Both parties must put the questions of the past to one side; it is of the greatest importance for them to concentrate on the peace and security that the Turkish-Islamic Union will bring them, without mentioning any hatred or rancor stemming from the past. Not only Muslim, Turkic states will find the friendship, brotherhood, peace and love they long for in the Turkish-Islamic Union, but also members of different faiths speaking different languages, such as the Armenians. The Armenian people lived for centuries alongside the Turks and Azeris, and are their friends and brothers.
That applies to the Azeri and Turkish peoples as well as the Armenians. It is not these people who are behind the artificial conflict and disputes that are being attempted to be established between the Azeri and Armenian people, but atheist zionists and freemasons who have inflicted oppression, chaos and war on the world down the ages and have set brother against brother.
Our Armenian brothers are exceptionally polite, modest, tolerant, loyal, virtuous and determined people. They are a valuable people we lived side by side within for many years under the umbrella of the Ottoman Empire and whom we honored with the title of “millet-i sıdıka”, or the loyal nation.
In the same way, our Azeri brothers are highly rational, humble, modest, pleasant, affable, honest, peaceful and lovable. There is a huge predisposition toward love and respect and mutual toleration between the two peoples, for forget the events of the past and make a brand new start with the best of intentions.
However, the efforts that have been made to date to alter the climate of moderation that has always existed between the Turkish and Armenian peoples, to damage the moderation between the two peoples by setting up sudden tensions, raising voices and speaking tense and angry words, to engage in activities that will raise the temperature in the region – for no reason and with no justification – to refuse to abandon cold, distant and very formal relations, can only harm efforts aimed at bringing in peace and security and raising the quality of life and well-being of both communities.
Protracted, unwise, cold and peculiar talk at such a sensitive time, instead of love, affection, dialogue and talk of peace can only encourage international selfishness and provoke racist feelings. In that event, both sides might start looking solely to their own interests, abandoning friendship, brotherhood and even a climate of peace. A state that considers only its own interests and never thinks about its neighbors’ interests, well-being or security, will start using all its resources for armaments, increasing military spending, gathering allies around it to support it in military terms and following aggressive policies that eventually end in war. Official state policy immediately abandons peaceful relations and adopts a repressive, oppressive and bloody line based on the Darwinist error that “stronger will win.” As a result of all this, developments take place that damage the interests of both parties concerned.
It must not be forgotten that tensions in relations between communities can end in invasions, conflict or even war. If problems and disputes had been resolved with relations based on love, friendship and brotherhood, without people being caught up in panic and fear, then the picture in many parts of the world would be very different to what it is today. Poor mothers would not now be weeping for their children. It is therefore very important to learn from history and the experiences of other societies, not to seek solutions using the methods of the past, in other words the kind of language that will raise tensions, but, on the other hand, to look for a solutions within the framework of such religious virtues as friendship, brotherhood, love, respect, tolerance, kindness and altruism.
First and foremost, there is a need for a voice between our Azeri and Armenian brothers to say: “We are brothers and friends, and have shared the same lands for hundreds of years, have fought for that land side by side, have been one another’s neighbors and have eaten at one another’s tables. Nobody can set us against one another. Let us be friends and brothers. We love one another.” That voice is the powerful and placid voice of the Turkish-Islamic Union.
Both the Azeri and Armenian peoples need peace, security and love. Our Azeri brothers need to be able to come to Turkey without being caught up by bureaucratic obstacles such as visa and passport requirements and to make the dream of “two states, one nation” a reality. And our Armenian brothers, who are squeezed into a very small area of land, need to attain space, well-being and freedom. To that end, the borders on either side need to be opened up at once, and the Azeri and Armenian peoples need to embrace Turkey and the Turks.
As with the lifting of all bureaucratic obstacles between Turkey and Azerbaijan, and with the immediate unification of Turkey and Azerbaijan, the question of the opening of the Armenian border and the ability of the two peoples to cross from one side to the other, Turkey needs to emphasize its conception of profound love, affection and compassion toward those who are not part of its own race, faith or language. And just like our Azeri brothers, the Armenians are an inseparable part of the Turkish nation and, as in the past under the Ottoman Empire, it will be perfectly natural for them to live side by side in peace and understanding with Muslim Turkic peoples under the umbrella of the Turkish-Islamic Union.
The problems that have been experienced over the last more than 100 years, ever since the 19th century, have strengthened and raised the awareness of the Turkish-Islamic world. There has been a huge spread of religious moral values in the region. There appears to be an ideal framework for the unification so eagerly and enthusiastically awaited by the Turkish-Islamic world. It is essential that advantage be taken at once of this favorable environment and that the necessary steps be taken. For that reason, all rational people of good conscience must leave behind all ways of thinking that encourage prejudices, closed minds or disputes, and work honestly, lovingly, enthusiastically and excitedly and to the best of their means toward the foundation of the Turkish-Islamic Union. The Turkish-Islamic Union is destiny, and Allah will certainly bring that union about. The important thing at this holy time is for true and honest people to use all their means and do all in their power and, by Allah’s leave, to enjoy the honor of bringing the foundation of the Turkish-Islamic Union about.

Water Lilies
Little flowers on the earth are mostly considered commonplace by people, notwithstanding their overall perfection. What prevents people from grasping the creation miracles in these flowers is the familiarity brought about by seeing them everywhere and every day. Therefore, flowers that grow in a totally different place, under totally different conditions and in totally different sizes will be assessed without the 'glasses of familiarity' and thus help us grasp the existence of God.
Amazon water lilies that grow in the sticky mud covering the bottom of the Amazon River are interesting enough to remove the 'glasses of familiarity' from people, because they continue their lives not in the way people are accustomed to and witness everyday, but with a very different struggle.
These plants start to grow in the mud at the bottom of the Amazon River, and then reach out towards the river surface. Their goal is to reach the sunlight which is vital to their existence. When they finally reach the water's surface, they stop growing and develop thorny, round buds. The buds develop into gigantic leaves with a reach of 2 meters in as short a time as a couple of hours. 'Knowing' that the more they cover the river surface with abundant leaves, the more will they be able to make use of sunlight, these water lilies make ample use of daylight to perform photosynthesis. They 'know' that otherwise they will not be able to survive at the bottom of the river due to the scarcity of light. It is certainly quite inspiring for a plant to employ such an 'intelligent' tactic.
However, sunlight alone does not suffice for the Amazon water lilies. They also need oxygen equally, yet it is obvious that this oxygen does not exist in the muddy ground in which their roots are located. This is why water lilies stretch out stems developing from their roots upwards towards the water surface where their leaves float. Sometimes these stems grow as tall as 11 meters; they are tied to the leaves and function as oxygen-carriers between the leaves and the root.
How can a bud in its initial stages in life in the depths of a river know that it needs oxygen and sunlight to survive, that it would not be able to live in their absence, and that everything it needs is present on the water surface? A being recently introduced to life is aware neither of the fact that this water has an ending point, nor of the existence of the sun or oxygen.
Therefore, if the whole event is assessed from the standpoint of evolutionists, these plants should long before have been defeated by environmental conditions and become extinct. Nevertheless, water lilies are still present today in all their perfection.
The unbelievable life struggle of water lilies continues well after they reach light and oxygen on the water surface, where they curl the brims of their huge leaves upward to prevent them from sinking.
They can continue their lives with all these precautions, yet they also know that these are not enough for their reproduction. They need a living being that will carry their pollen to another water lily, and this living being is a beetle (coleopterans) which has been created with a special weakness for white color. They prefer these white water lilies out of all the attractive flowers of the Amazon River. When Amazon water lilies are visited by creatures which will continue their species, they close all their leaves, imprison them, and offer them ample pollen. They let them free after keeping them for one night, and then change their color so that they do not bring the same pollen back to them. The once pure white, glorious water lilies will now go on adorning the Amazon river in pink.
Could such flawless and finely calculated plans be the work of a bud unaware of everything? Of course not. They are the work of the wisdom of God, Who created all things. All the details summarized here show that plants, like all other living beings in the universe, came into existence already furnished with the most convenient systems, and this was thanks to their Creator.

THE CLAIM THAT "NATURAL SELECTION CAUSES EVOLUTION" IS A FRAUDULENT ONE
Darwin proposed the concept of natural selection as an “evolutionary mechanism” in the 1800s.
Natural selection is in other words “natural choosing”. The idea of natural selection is based on the idea that powerful life forms well adapted to their natural surroundings will survive. For example, in a herd of zebra menaced by lions, it is those zebra that run fastest that will survive.
Natural selection is certainly a mechanism observed among living things in nature. But it does not possess the ability as imagined by evolutionists of bestowing new features on life forms and thus creating new species.1
We can clarify this with an example: Let us imagine that in a geographical region somewhere there are two similar kinds of dog, one with longer fur and the other with relatively shorter. If the temperature in this region falls significantly for some ecological reason, then the longer haired dogs will be more resistant than the shorter haired ones. As a result, the longer haired dogs will gradually come to have an advantage, meaning that they will live longer, and reproduce and find food easier. After a while, the number of shorter haired dogs will decrease considerably, and they will either migrate to warmer climates or else become extinct. In other words, the longer haired dogs will be favored by natural selection.
But note that no new breed of dog emerges during this process. One of the two breeds that were already in existence acquired an advantage through natural selection. It is not the case that as a result of natural selection long haired dogs appeared where there had been none before. It is in any case absolutely impossible for these dogs to turn into another species.
In short, new species and new characteristics do not appear by way of natural selection, only the chances of survival of already existing increasing species rise. Since no new species or characteristic form, it is impossible to speak of “evolution” taking place. To put it another way, no “evolution” comes about through natural selection. Indeed, Darwin himself admitted as much:
Natural selection is incompetent to account for the incipient stages of useful structures.
The well-known British evolutionist and paleontologist Colin Patterson makes this confession on the subject:
Darwinists are therefore lying when they describe natural selection as an evolutionary mechanism. Even though they know full well that natural selection does not bring evolution about, they still try to impose this deception. Adopting the legacy inherited from Darwin and not being able to invent a new mechanism for their imaginary scenario make them so devoted to this outdated claim, this terrible falsehood. There are still Darwinist scientists today who adhere to this terrible lie. Those who have seen that this lie cannot be maintained have come up with another one. That is the idea that “mutations cause evolution.”

Classes in ‘Islam’ to begin in Russia under a curriculum drawn up on the basis of experience in Turkey
Russia, with its Muslim population of some 20 million, is drawing up a wide-ranging curriculum regarding Islam for primary and middle schools in the country on the basis of Turkey’s experience of teaching Islam and religion.
Russian officials are examining such subjects as the history of religions and secularism in the light of basic facts about Islam in textbooks on religious culture and moral values taught in primary and middle schools in Turkey.
Russian Deputy Education Minister Yuri Sentyurin and Russian ministry officials met in Ankara, Turkey last week with Minister of State Yazıcıoğlu, Education Ministry Religious Education Director General İrfan Aycan, Religious Affairs Ministry President Ali Bardakoğlu, Ankara University Theology Faculty members and YÖK officials. An increase in the number of bursaries for Turkish students to study in Russia were discussed, while the main item on the agenda was the provision of education on Islam for the 20 million or so Muslims in Russia. The projects involves the first serious and wide-ranging Islamic curriculum for primary and middle schools in Russia.
Training in Turkey for Russian teachers and clergy, and in Russia for Turkish scientists and clergy, was also discussed.

This friend, of course, is our Lord, the believers' most intimate friend, Who purifies all those who place their trust in Him and promise them a distinguished life here and eternal wealth in the Hereafter.
Throughout their lives, people seek someone more powerful or wealthier upon whom they can rely in all circumstances. Yet while seeking such people, they totally forget our All-Mighty Lord, Who created them and meets all of their needs. They take Satan, who only leads them toward sin and hinders them from attaining Paradise , as their friend. This is the beginning of a gloomy world.
People who have faith and sincere faith in Allah, on the other hand, enjoy a good and honorable life. In this life, there is no room for failure, because Allah grants victory to believers as long as they remain committed to their religion and their words. Meanwhile, the actual reward is waiting for them in the Hereafter. Allah is the sole real protector of believers both in this world and beyond. His attribute of al-Walee is described in the following verses:

Allah is the Protector of those who believe. He brings them out of the darkness and into the light. But those who do not believe have false deities as protectors. They take them from the light into the darkness. Those are the Companions of the Fire remaining in it timelessly, forever. ( Surat al-Baqara, 2:257)

It is He Who sends down abundant rain, after they have lost all hope, and unfolds His mercy. He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy. (Surat ash-Shura, 42:28)

HOPEFULNESS IN THE QURAN

Our Prophet (saas) is a blessed person to whom Allah (God) revealed the Qur'an, the last righteous Book, and made an example to humanity with his moral perfection, taqwa and closeness to Allah. Our Prophet (saas) fulfilled the great responsibility he was given in the best way possible, summoned people to Allah's path and became the one who guided all believers to Allah's path. As is known, All-Mighty Allah supported our Prophet (saas) with many miracles from His sight. Our purpose in this book is to remind people of some of the miracles Allah granted to our blessed Prophet (saas) He made exemplary to all people with his superior morality, profound faith and all his manners and words. By Allah’s leave, throughout his life, our Prophet (saas) showed many miracles to people. Some of these miracles were witnessed only by his followers while some others by a great majority of unbelievers. Some of the miracles of our Prophet (saas) are conveyed in the Qur’an while some others in our Prophet’s (saas) sayings and in various explanations of Islamic scholars. Our purpose is to show our blessed Prophet’s (saas) miraculous aspects to people and to summon them to make the Qur’an and our Prophet’s (saas) sunnah a guide to themselves.

But the fact is that the mechanism in question-known as natural selection-cannot cause living things to evolve, nor endow them with any new features. It can only reinforce existing characteristics belonging to a particular species.
In any given region, for example, those rabbits able to run fastest will survive, while others die. After a few generations, all the rabbits in this region will consist of fast-running individuals. However, these rabbits can never evolve into another species-greyhounds or foxes, for instance.
