Yes, it is important that the citizens in the region will not suffer, we should do whatever is necessary. We can distribute high calorie food and blankets. An armored ambulance, any kind of medicine distribution or treatment can be done with the armored ambulance. So, let’s have at least two-three big armored ambulances, we can make it like an hospital environment which is covered with solid steel, like a bus. Any equipment and tools necessary for transfusion for instance could be handled easily. For example, they can turn a truck into such a form. The Turkish Red Crescent may distribute these to homes. They could bring a loaded truck, and pull that over. That may be in the form of a Sahra hospital, and the truck could be armored, too. Besides if it can be pulled over in the outskirts of the city, meaning if it is away from the bullets that will be enough. So, two kilometers distance is adequate. Because there is a possibility that it could be shot if it is close. Or it can be covered with armored, steel sheet. That is not hard to do. But food packets must definitely be distributed. And they should constantly drive around and announce to our people, “Dear citizens, anyone who has a sick person at home please inform us.
