Mr. Erdoğan: We Will Not Tolerate Attacks Against Our Unity and Solidarity

What He Said?What Happened?

In his conversation programs, Mr. Adnan Oktar has said for the PKK militants who cause conflict and turmoil in the Southeast region on the pretext that these were to protest the Kobane incident that “the PKK cannot handle ISIL and therefore they take advantage of Turkey’s mild attitude and cause conflict in the Southeast region, but that the Turkish army and police force are strong enough to control the PKK.

Our President Mr. Tayyip Erdogan has made a statement in line with Mr. Oktar’s explanations and said that the incident in the Southeast region is to bring Turkey to heel and that we will not tolerate any attack to our unity and solidarity.

ADNAN OKTAR: No one should try to test our patience; no one should try to test the patience of the Turkish people. It is a felony to try to subvert a state. In the Turkish-Ottoman state tradition, when someone or some community tries to subvert the state, the response would be very devastating in an unforeseen way. Many things could be overlooked but not subverting the state; the result would be devastating. They will not even think about dividing or subverting the state.

ADNAN OKTAR: The PKK’s aim is to pull Turkey into a war. They want to pull us into a war so that they can move ahead easily. Turkey will not get into war. We have no business with war. We have no business with Kobane.

Stoning police officers, starting fires, burning buses in the cities of Van, Sirnak and Diyarbakir in Turkey; these are easy to accomplish. They do this here. But they cannot do this in Iran. When something like this happens in Iran, the Iranian government would take action and they took action before. But they can do such things again due to Turkey’s mild attitude and they can continue doing so. THEY ARE GETTING SPOILED IN AN INCONCEIVABLE WAY.

We trust the Turkish police force, the Turkish army and our Kurdish people. They are loving and moderate people. The PKK would pour into the streets. Even if you tell them not to, they still would. There is no stopping them in that. But our Kurdish brothers and sisters should not send their children out saying, “I’m wondering what’s happening out there?”; they should not go out wondering, because then there is an unnecessary crowd on the streets.

(A total of 26 people died and 145 people were injured at the incidents incited with the excuse of Kobane throughout the country.)

ADNAN OKTAR: The police and the military are very strong. The Turkish soldiers have the strength to destroy the PKK at least a thousand times over. The Turkish army had never used even the slightest part of its strength. The Turkish police force as well; they just stayed on the defensive. That’s it. They never hit back. Therefore it is important to trust the state. It is important to respect the state.

If you are brave, come out! They always use long barreled weapons. Come face to face with the Turkish soldiers if you can! Come face to face with the members of Special Forces if you can! But our guys are decent people.

Tayyip hodja is not “indulging the PKK…” He is handling them but they are also moving to the end of the road. I said, “They will not stay still” because they insist that, “Are you going to give us these lands or not?” The government says, “No” but they are still on the same direction. Erdogan did everything he could to prevent Turkey from dividing and he still continues to do so.

ADNAN OKTAR: The Turkish state is a European state. They also show this to Europe, for example there are street protests; the police protect themselves with gas and shields and they say nothing. Especially in the Southeast region we showed our mature attitude. The protestors throw stones at the police and they say nothing. Some people think that such things are a struggle of life and such conflicts always happen in this way. They also assumed ISIL would be like this. They would go to ISIL and throw stones and yell at them.  But now they see that they cannot handle this. Then they say that the Turkish soldiers and police are very mature and they say nothing, so we can go out and yell, we can throw stones and Molotov cocktails.

October 11th, 2014: Posta

President Mr. Erdoğan said the following in his speech at an opening ceremony:

Recent incidents are an effort to bring Turkey to heel and to direct Turkey towards a certain direction. However, those who cause this conflict will be retaliated upon in kind. We will not tolerate any attack against our unity, solidarity of land and moral values. These terrorists, these spoiled rogues, have no relation with our Kurdish brothers and sisters whatsoever. It would be wrong to accuse all our Kurdish brothers by comparing them to these street rogues.
