In Tuzla, Water Bowls for Stray Animals

ADNAN OKTAR: Municipalities must place out water bowls for stray dogs and cats. Animals struggle to find water. There is no water anywhere, it is hard for them to find any water. Plastic bowls can be placed and the staff of the municipality can clean them from time to time. Or they may be of concrete; its water can be changed periodically. Finding water is a problem for pigeons, all stray animals. Insha’Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let’s give a petition to the municipality. They can make water bowls out of concrete, small ones. It is an easy task to fill those bowls from time to time. Birds, dogs, cats need water a lot. How will they find water? They go and drink dirty water accumulating on the streets etc., and there is no need to make expensive ones. They may be out of concrete. The municipalities can make two orthree thousand bowls. Animals must have this comfort, insha’Allah.

The Municipality of Tuzla [a district of Istanbul] provides automatic water bowls for stray animals that can not easily find water to drink in these hot summer days. Water bowls placed in parks, gardens and green areas supply the water needs of stray animals  every hour of the day.
