| Abu Bashir says: When I asked Imam Jaffar Sadiq, “O son of the Messenger of Allah! Who is the Qaim of the Ahl al-Bayt?” he replied: ... Hazrat Mahdi (as) will conquer the world and ‘Isa (as), son of Maryam, will pray behind him. HE WILL ILLUMINATE ALL PLACES WITH THE LIGHT OF ALLAH, AND EVERYWHERE IN WHICH OTHERS THAN ALLAH ARE WORSHIPPED WILL BECOME PLACES IN WHICH ALLAH IS WORSHIPPED; EVEN IF THE ASSOCIATERS ARE UNWILLING, ON THAT DAY THE ONLY FAITH WILL BE THE FAITH OF ALLAH” (Bihar-al Anwar, Vol. 51, p. 146) |
