Mr. Adnan Oktar has pointed out the danger of division following the communist movements seen in the Southeast after the recent regional elections. After Mr. Oktar stated the danger of autonomy, many people from different circles began to mention this as well. Hasan Celal Guzel, who is a columnist for Sabah newspaper, also made similar comments about the process that would lead Turkey to division. April 3rd, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: What does autonomy or federation mean? It means division. Why did we spill all that blood in the Southeast? It was to stop division. What is the PKK’s goal? Division: Otherwise what are they striving for? Why did the PKK spill all that blood then? Why did thousands of terrorists go to the mountains? Now the PKK is continuously gaining strength; it is renewing itself. It is developing projects and continues its propaganda among the people. The state’s police and military forces should provide complete safety for the people to ensure their comfort and well-being. They should not fear the PKK. They fear for their lives. Why? Because of the dominion of the PKK. The region is bursting with PKK members. They did not give up their weapons and they recruited new people and developed new strategies. They deployed in new locations and they scared the people even more. But now there are no bombings or other attacks. They have already made themselves accepted by the people. They have made their strength and position accepted. After they declare autonomy, they can hold a referendum and they can say, “We are independent. Take your police and military forces out of here.” It is that clear. A 'federal state' is a polite name for this. The state is not federal: A state is a state. April 1st, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: A community that speaks Kurdish and that is composed of Kurds ethnically; “Let’s go for autonomy and federation; let’s divide; let us go [and be on our own];” it is clear that this is moving towards this. Abdullah Ocalan is saying, “I did not give up the federation.” He has a strange attitude. When you look at the map of the Southeast, we truly see a BDP-dominance in that region as a [political] bloc. It is clearly understood where this will go in the future. March 16th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: There is no need to engage in demagoguery. You cannot drag us slowly to catastrophe. We will not slowly get used to division. You will forget this. This is the biggest communist attempt of the history of the Republic. The biggest communist movement: There has not been a communist attempt of this magnitude in the history of the Republic. The danger is great and close. We follow the incident at red alert levels at the moment as nation. They keep saying, “Don't get us wrong. We will persuade you with sweet talk.” We understand and see what you mean. We are not children. We see your purpose and goal. We will not let you do it. There is no need to repeat it over and over again and disturb us. February 17th, 2014: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: Someone who says that there is no danger of separation and does not see that Turkey is moving towards a cliff is someone dangerous. Therefore we need people who will warn us. The KCK is a dangerous structure. Their members were arrested but it doesn't mean that it’s over. PKK members are getting arrested all the time but the PKK is still active, so we can’t claim that the KCK is finished. The KCK may be structured in cities and districts. They appear to be very determined. So as a people we must show that we are determined as well. We will never allow division, autonomy or federation. |
