BEDIUZZAMAN SAID NURSI

Our Master’s century is the most honorable of all honorable centuries. Why? Because this is the time in which our Master lives. It is the century when all the shames of all demons, antichrists, those who block the path of Allah, unbelievers, the hypocrites come to an end, and HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) SHALL BE READY IN THE TWO THOUSANDS AND THE PROPHET JESUS (AS) SHALL RETURN TO EARTH FROM THE HEAVEN IN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY.

KHADIM – UL FUQARA ABDULLAH GURBUZ (Haci Abdullah Baba of Nevsehir)
Our Master Abdullah Gurbuz called this servant to him at 06.30 on the morning OF THE THIRTEENTH DAY OF THE MONTH OF MUHARRAM, IN OTHER WORDS 1 MARCH, IN THE YEAR 2004. I said to him, “My brothers have questions they would like to ask. With your permission, I would like to ask them.” “Of course, my son, ask” he replied. “Will we live to see the Prophet Jesus (as) and Hazrat Mahdi (as), the Messenger, and be their soldiers?” AND HE SAID, “INSHA’ALLAH, YOU WILL LIVE TO JOIN THE PROPHET JESUS (AS) AND HAZRAT MAHDI (AS), THE MESSENGER…”
ALI HAYDAR EFFENDI
"There are various accounts regarding Effendi Baba’s [Ali Haydar Effendi’s] wish to extend his greeting and oath of allegiance to Hazrat Mahdi (as). We have heard it from the dervish. A representative of the late Hasan Burkay, one of the great scholars who studied with EfFendi Baba, related that EfFendi Baba pointed to the ‘80s as the date of the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (as)."
NIMETULLAH HODJA
This century will be the century of Islam.It is certain that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will come. Some people attach little importance to this. That is very wrong. I have heard it myself from many elders. There are many hadiths on the subject. Belief in the Mahdi (as) is that a great scholar and imam from the line of our Prophet (saas) will unite all Muslims before the Day of Judgment and struggle with members of superstitious faiths (will wage an intellectual struggle against them). Then with the dominion of Islam, all superstitious faiths will lose all their existence in terms of knowledge and prestige…
HACI MUSTAFA EFFENDI OF CORUM
During the course of a conversation one day, Abubakr Sidik Corumi was speaking of the Mahdi, the Messenger, and he pointed to Haci Mustafa Efendi of Corum, a young man of only 18 from that community, and said, “WE WILL NOT SEE THE MAHDI, THE MESSENGER, BUT THE DERVISHES OF THIS YOUNG MAN WILL SEE HIM.”
MAHMUT SAMI RAMAZANOGLU EFFENDI
During his conversations, Tahir Buyukkorukcu of Konya (himself one of the greatest admirers of Sami Effendi) said that he asked his teacher when happy days would come, and he said, “Oh Tahir, I will not see those days, but you will not die without seeing them.”

One of our teachers serving in Beykoz related that Haci Osman Hulusi, a resident of Beykoz, said that “THE STAR OF HAZRAT MAHDI (AS) WAS BORN IN THE SUMMER OF ’82.”
HEKIMOGLU ISMAIL (ÖMER OKÇU)
Hazrat Mahdi (as) will bring about Islamic Union and will bring all Muslims together.If a person bears a sign of being a Muslim, he will rule that he is a believer. He will look at everyone in terms of faith. Because being a believer means to have faith. According to the Qur’an, “Believers are brothers.” Hazrat Mahdi (as) will base himself upon that verse, regard believers as brothers and advance toward Islamic Union.
Therefore, Hazrat Mahdi (as) will support the members of all sacred religions against the tide of irreligion…By the 1980s we saw no more leaders dragging masses of people in their wake, as if suns were sunk and only stars remained. Because in 1980, we entered the 15th Hijri century. We were at the beginning of the century. The important figures of that century were still just children or in their youth... But the year two thousand is very important.
SAYYID SALIH OZCAN HODJA
He asks questions like, ‘Will we see the Mahdi? What duties will the Mahdi have? What will the Mahdi be like? The Master said, “I WILL NOT SEE THE MAHDI (AS), KECELI, BUT YOU WILL SEE HIM.”He tapped me on my head. He then said, “THE MAHDI’S (AS) PROGRAM WILL BE THE RISALE-I NUR.” “He will apply the Risale-I Nur.” OF COURSE THE MAHDI WILL BE AN INDIVIDUAL. OUR MASTER SAYS THAT. The dajjal (antichrist) will also be an individual. The Mahdi will be an individual. The Master said that most explicitly.
