Governors Were Given The Authority To Call Upon the Army

ADNAN OKTAR: They are trying to pacify the police with both barrels. They quit after the intervention of the gendarme because the gendarme is an enormous power. They didn’t take this into consideration, the gendarme. But I have said this at the beginning that  “The Army should appear” because they are coming across with the army and then suddenly the matter is closed. And then after mentioning  the army, they have been choked because  commandos can be used in dangerous places by a command from the government.  

Let me tell you, if you attempt a communist rebellion then the military will intervene. We did not fetch grab country from anywhere. We made this country by great efforts. We will not give this country to anybody.

If needed the military will use all of its power against communism. The military won’t let the nation, the country be separated and collapse. And if needed the military will appear. We have commandos from Kayseri or from anywhere, everywhere we have commandos like  lions.

If a rebellion occurs, the government will firstly use the police; if that won’t be sufficient they will use the gendarme, if the gendarme is not sufficient then they will use the commandos. They have the authority to call upon the commandos. If commandos won’t be sufficient they will call upon the red berets, if they are not sufficient then the government will use soldiers from the military. In other words, it is not necessary for the army to take control of this because the army is under the command of the government, they will do what is necessary. If it doesn’t work after all Is said and done, then the government has the right to a declaration of mobilization. The government can declare a mobilization and take soldiers from a specific age group and give them  mobilization training. And depending on the size of the internal emergency, the government will educate the public for counteraction as well. They shouldn’t have that kind of dream. Things are always done betterthrough democracy, education and speaking. 

A protocol has been signed between the Ministry of the Interior and the Chief of Staff which regulates the access of the army in public. According to the protocol, military units can only intervene in public cases on the governors’ written or emergency spoken call.
