ADNAN OKTAR: There need to be talks with Syria without delay, and Assad needs to be brought, very kindly and without giving offense, to Turkey. THERE CAN BE PEOPLE FROM HIS GOVERNMENT, TOO. A COALITION GOVERNMENT CAN BE SET UP. LET US ABOLISH THE BORDERS. LET US DO AWAY WITH PASSPORTS AND VISAS. Let us unite with Syria. As simple as that. Let there be an immediate military, political and economic pact. We can celebrate with pipes and drums. Let Assad come with all his family. Their lives and property will be entrusted to us, by Allah’s leave. Nothing will happen to them. Let private talks be held with Assad.

During the Geneva Meeting on Syria, the UN and Arab League's Joint Special Envoy, Kofi Annan, stated that the participant countries agreed on a transitional government to be set up in Syria to establish peace within the country.

This transitional government in question is supposed to include  members of the present administration, opponents and other groups and built up  depending on common accord. Mr. Annan also added that the Syrian people are now in charge of deciding  the future of their country and all parts of Syrian society need to be included in the national dialogue process.
