Capital punishment should be removed from the world. You can give life time imprisonment to those who deserve. Why is there the need to execute a person? If you abide by different sects instead of abiding by the Qur'an, it would be unlawful. If God says; "I have sent you the Qur'an. Where did you come up with those sects?" What would you have said? If God asks; "Are you going to abide by the Qur'an or the sects?" what would we say? We are of course responsible of abiding by the Qur'an.
