The head of the German Bishops Conference invites Christians to have more dialogue with Muslims

Archbishop Robert Zollitsch, the head of the Catholic Bishops" Conference, invited the churches to establish more dialogue with the Muslim institutions.

Archbishop Robert Zollitsch told to the German Press Agency DPA that he hopes more dialogue will be established between Christians and Muslims on religious issues and stated: “The Churches should seek every opportunity to have talks with Muslim groups and organizations of all levels. This will contribute to remove bias, drawbacks and worries.”

Zollitsch said that the society has demonstrated solidarity so far and this should be carried on. Zollitsch also added that people of different faiths are living together regardless of their different religious identities and that mutual communication has a great effect on living peacefully.
