El Baghdadi TV: June 29th, 2008 ADNAN OKTAR: It is an obligation in the Quran; Muslims should all be brothers and unite and they should gather around a leader. Muslims should obey Allah’s command. There should be a Turkish Islamic Union, with the leadership of the Turkish nation. Every state can stay as a separate nation state. Every state can be governed independently. But there must be a spiritual leader because the Christians’ have their leader, the Pope. Muslims also should have a spiritual leader. This spiritual union must have a leader. Then this chaos, this madness would easily come to an end. November 30th, 2012: A9 TV ADNAN OKTAR: In the Quran, believers say;” Our Lord, raise for us from thee one who will protect; and raise for us from thee one who will help”. This is the prayer of the Muslims, the verse. It is clear in the verses that waiting for a leader and a commander is a prayer; awaiting Hazrat Mahdi (as) is a blessing and a glory for Muslims. Always the Prophets were awaited. Mahdis were awaited. Our Prophet (saas) says, “Hear the glad tidings of Hazrat Mahdi (as)”. Our Prophet (saas) speaks about the signs of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as). He says, watch these portents carefully. After the realization of these portents, be tied to Mahdi (as). For Isa Messiah(as), son of Mary, Allah says; “(Jesus) shall be a Sign (for the coming of) the Hour (of Judgment)”. What do the others say? “Inability, weakness, don’t expect the favor and the work from others”. In a verse from the Qur'an , Allah says; “Wait”. Allah says wait for a leader. Allah tells us that this is a glory. In the story of Talut and Goliath, Allah sends Talut as a king, as a leader. It is an obligation for Muslims to wait for a leader. It is an obligation for them to pray Allah for a leader. Muslims can’t be without a head, without a leader. A9 TV: August 24th, 2013 ADNAN OKTAR: There is a need for a leader. Muslims will have a leader. In our Prophet’s(saas) era, the leader of the Muslims was our Prophet (saas). After that, Hz. Ebubekir (ra), Hz. Ömer (ra), Hz. Osman (ra), Hz. Ali (ra) respectively. Muslims always had a leader. If there is no leader, that would be a disaster. |
