A program titled “The Current,” broadcast over the radio by the Canadian CBC group on 13 March, 2007, discussed the impact on society of Adnan Oktar’s works on the subject of the theory of evolution. The report referred to the considerable reduction in recent years in the numbers of people in Turkey who believe in evolution and the increasing demand for creation to be taught in schools. It also considered the Creation Museums which have been opened in various parts of Turkey. It emphasized how these fossil museums, each of which is evidence that living things are created by God and remain unchanged ever afterwards, have had a great impact on the public.
