he made it an on-going word among his descendants so that perhaps they might turn back. (Surat az-Zukhruf, 28)
The verse gives an abjad (numerological) value of 1999.
I let those people and their forefathers enjoy themselves until the truth came to them and a Messenger to make it clear. (Surat az-Zukhruf, 29)
Abjad calculation of this verse gives a date of 2015.
But when the truth came to them they said, ‘This is magic and we reject it.’ (Surat az-Zukhruf, 30)
The abjad value of this verse gives a date of 1990. That is most interesting, is it not? 1999, 2015 and the third verse 1990. That means they will stand against the Mahdi in 1999. They say they reject him. One of the most intense struggles against the way of the Mahdi was in 1990, insha’Allah.
Were it not that mankind might all become one community, We would have given those who reject the All-Merciful silver roofs to their houses and silver stairways to ascend. (Surat az-Zukhruf, 33)
Allah says He would have bestowed great abundance. But terrible irreligion prevailed, He says. That is why He brought about the economic crisis. Almighty Allah says that people go astray when they enjoy economic well-being.
and silver doors to their houses and silver couches on which to recline, (Surat az-Zukhruf, 34)
and gold ornaments. All that is merely the trappings of the life of this world. But the hereafter with your Lord is for those who have fear. (Surat az-Zukhruf, 35)
Allah says it is easy for Him. He says He could have made them all wealthy had He wished. But they became perverse, so He did not give it to them. Economic difficulties and troubles draw one closer to Allah.
If someone shuts his eyes to the remembrance of the All-Merciful, We assign him a satan who becomes his bosom friend – (Surat az-Zukhruf, 36)
Satan is all over them. He says they are constantly under the influence of satan. If they do not remember the names of Allah, He says.
they debar them from the path, yet they still think they are guided – (Surat az-Zukhruf, 37)
They put their turbans and skull caps on. They imagine they are truly on the path to happiness. But satan is all over them. They have become the captives of satan. And Allah says that they are unaware of it. For example, they do not espouse Islamic Union nor want the oppression of Muslims to be lifted. They are unaware of what the situation is.
