Surat an-Nisa, 70-71 (Muslims take precautions by improving their means and by improving themselves with the aim of serving faith and the Qur'an)

That is favor from Allah. Allah suffices as a Knower.You who have faith! take all necessary precautions, then go out to fight in separate groups or go out as one body.

What does this mean? It means the Unity of Islam. To whom does Allah address? He addresses to one single group of Muslims.  As a group, there is only one group.

You, who have faith,

Allah does not say "you who are Hanafis, you who are Shafiis, you Alewites, you Bektashis, you Shia, you Jaferites. " What does He say; "You who have faith." Allah accepts them as one single group, only one.

… take all necessary precautions.

How can you take precautions? You read books, you make scientific research, you improve yourself in art and science but with the aim of faith, with the aim of serving the Quran, you turn into an amazing power. You establish a television channel, you establish a radio channel, you improve your means; all these are precautions.

... take all necessary precautions, then go out to fight in separate groups.

For instance you go and work on a television channel, the other works on books and the other Works on a radio or Allah says;

... or go out as one body"

I mean while a part of them are busy making Money, the others preach religion, some engage in scientific research, right? But sometimes says Allah "go out as one body." So He says go altogether, go in unison. Now, “You, who have faith,  go out as one body.” What is this? This is the Unity of Islam; Turkish-Islamic Union. Some say; "Where is the system of the Mahdi in the Qur'an?" There you are, here it is. You can take it from here.

Look how Almighty Allah warns the ones who are crooks; Among you there are people who hang back.

Would the man hang back if there were something compliant with his interests?  He is hanging back.

... but the distance was too great for them.(Surat an-Nisa, 70-71)

It was too difficult for them so there are some who hang back.
