ADNAN OKTAR:  (About people who mistreat animals) These types do not rest there. Their lives go much further than we imagine. These people need to be kept under police observation. Their homes should be searched, to see what is going on. Their computers should be seized and examined. They should look at their correspondence and their circle of friends. They can do unimaginable things. These people have psychological problems. Technical surveillance need not be intrusive. Their computers should be monitored. Phone tapping. Their phones should be tapped for at least two weeks, so the kind of people these types are comes out. The police have that right, they can do it. Technical surveillance can be done on suspicion and they should also be questioned. Referral to the forensic medicine department is also legitimate to see what is going on in the name of public safety.
