An End to Wars
Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. (Isaiah 2:4)

An End to the Arms Race
… burn them (the weapons) up—the small and large shields, the bows and arrows, the war clubs and spears… they will use them for fuel… (Ezekiel 39: 9)
They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. (Isaiah 2:4)
A Climate of Peace and Security
Every man will sit under his own vine and under his own fig tree, and no one will make them afraid... (Micah 4:4)
The fruit of righteousness will be peace; the effect of righteousness will be quietness and confidence forever. My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest. (Isaiah 32:16-18)
The wolf will live with the lamb, the leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf and the lion and the yearling together, and a little child will lead them... The infant will play near the hole of the cobra, and the young child put his hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy... (Isaiah 11:6-9)

An End to Violence and Terror

People will Live in Happiness and Joy
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. (Isaiah 51:11)
Joy and gladness will be found in her, thanksgiving and the sound of singing. (Isaiah 51:3)
... they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as men rejoice when dividing the plunder. (Isaiah 9:3)
... everlasting joy will be theirs. (Isaiah 61:7)
People will Enjoy Peace and Security
It will be inhabited... and secure. (Zechariah 14:11)
I will heal My people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security. (Jeremiah 33:6)
Danger and Worry will Vanish
No lion will be there, nor will any ferocious beast get up on it; they will not be found there. (Isaiah 35:9)
... no one will make him afraid. (Jeremiah 30:10)
Justice will Rule the World
Justice will dwell in the desert and righteousness live in the fertile field. (Isaiah 32:16)
The Mahdi (as) will Establish World Peace

The Mahdi (as) will Possess Love and Compassion
For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. (Psalm 72:12)
He will have pity on the poor and needy, and the souls of the needy he will save. (Psalm 72:13)
He will redeem their soul from oppression and violence, and precious will their blood be in his sight. (Psalm 72:14)
A bruised reed shall he not break, and the dimly burning wick shall he not quench... (Isaiah 42:3)
The Mahdi (as) will Epitomize Allah’s title of the Salam (Peace)
... Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
Of the increase of... peace, there will be no end... (Isaiah 9:7)
The Mahdi (as) will be Patient and Submissive to Allah
He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth. (Isaiah 53:7)
The End of Troubles during the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as)
The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces... (Isaiah 25:8)
Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped. Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy... (Isaiah 35:5-6)
In his days ... prosperity will abound till the moon is no more. (Psalm 72:7)
(They)... will enjoy great peace. (Psalm 37:11)
... You have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor... (Isaiah 9:4)
(The) Lord will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)

The Mahdi (as) will Teach and Call People to Allah’s Path
... and he will therefore (be able to) teach the people the ways of God. (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Repentance 9:2)
He shall teach... people and instruct them in the way of God. He will... repair the breaches... (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Laws of Kings 11:4)

The Message of the Mahdi (as) will Influence the World
He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; with the breath of his lips he will slay the wicked. (Isaiah 11:4)
... And he will be called Wonderful Counselor. (Isaiah 9:6)
The Mahdi (as) will Succeed with the Power of Faith, Without Resorting to Force
“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord Almighty. (Zechariah 4:6)
The Mahdi (as) Will Turn the Whole World Toward Allah
He will (then) correct the entire world to serve God together, as is written: “For then I shall turn to the nations a pure tongue, that all shall call upon the name of God to serve Him as One.” (Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, Laws of Kings 11:4)
The Mahdi (as) will Spiritually Cleanse Mankind
But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s soap. He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify ... and refine them like gold and silver. (Malachi 3:2-3)
