“Only a power with an ideal and a cause could overcome an organized power with an ideology and a cause. Therefore you will say, “My ideal, my cause is to establish the Islamic Union, to establish the Turkish Islamic Union, to unite the Turkic realm, to unite the whole Islamic world and to ensure peace in the world through love and brotherhood. My ideal is to live for Allah and to die for Allah. This is my ideal...”
We do not want a Marxist state in the Southeast. We do not want Turkey to be divided. We also do not want a Marxist federation. We want our state to declare national mobilization against Marxism, Darwinism and materialism.
The PKK has an ideology; we also need to have an ideology. The PKK has a cause; we also need to have a cause. The PKK membership is devoted to one another, so let’s be devoted to one another as a people. The PKK protects one another, so let’s protect one another as well. The PKK branches support one another throughout the world, so let’s support each other as a people. If this is not done, even if we are 700 million people against one organized power, it would not be enough, may Allah forbid. If we are up against an organized power with an unorganized power, with a spiritually unorganized power with no ideal, we would be defeated. We are asking a man, “What is your ideal?” He says, “My ideal is bread and butter.” What kind of an ideal is that? He says, “My ideal is to live.” He says, “My ideal is to finish up school. My ideal is to become a businessman.”
We are asking the PKK. They say, “My ideal is to establish an independent Kurdistan in the Southeast.” We ask, “What are you?” He says, “I am an engineer.” We are asking his doctor, “What is your ideal?” He says, “We want to establish an independent Marxist state in the Southeast.” We are asking students. We ask, “What is your purpose?” He says, “We want to gather around Abdullah Ocalan and to establish a separate, national state in the Southeast.” They are just kids. We are asking an old lady, “What is your purpose?” She says, “We want to gather around Abdullah Ocalan and establish an independent state in the Southeast.”
We are asking some of our brothers in Turkey. We are asking all over Turkey and in Anatolia, what is your purpose? He says, “To finish up my school and be a good person.” We are asking another person and she says, “I want to get married and have kids.” We are asking another. He says, “I want to go abroad and become a businessman. This is my cause.” We ask, is this your only cause? He says, “Yes this is my only cause. I have no other cause.” If this is so, the other side becomes victorious, may Allah forbid.
You do not have an ideal. You do not have a cause, a purpose. You will say, “My ideal, my cause is to establish the Islamic Union, to establish the Turkish Islamic Union, to unite the Turkic realm, to unite the whole Islamic world and to ensure peace in the world through love and brotherhood. My ideal is to live for Allah and to die for Allah. This is my ideal. My ideal is to see the moral values of the Qur'an throughout the world.”
If you do not say this, then a very small power would rule over whole Turkey. They think that only the Southeast will be lost. Not only the Southeast, but also whole of Turkey would be lost if you do not say this.
If you do not have any resistance against them, and you are not strong enough, then he would look and see that you are very weak. The man would say, “You do not have any ideal. Now let’s take this place.” He would take it in the name of Marxism immediately. There he does not need to use Kurdism. He would say, “There is a class here being oppressed. There is the class of the proletariat and we want them to be dominant here.” He would say, “We want the proletariat, the class of workers and peasants to be dominant.” If you ask workers and peasants, they would say, “No”. The man would persuade them with guns. He could persuade a large majority. For example, he would come to a factory and he could make 90 percent of the workers, if not all, communists. Did it not happen so in 1980? They would take control of every neighborhood. When they took control of the neighborhood they would ask, “What are you?” and the young people would say, “I am a communist.” When communism prevails once, it would cause people to become hopeless and the country to be lost completely. A youth with no cause and ideal is very dangerous.
The man thinks that when we give up the Southeast, it would all be over. Some say autonomy and some say federation. They are finding polite names for it. Some say a state court system. When it is a state court system, they will assign a Prime Minister there, right? The PKK will assign him and it will have its own police and army. The state would be lost. You could never enter there again. He says for example, “I will do activity there as the Saadet Party.” You would never have the means there. You cannot even pass through the door. And he says for example, “I will do activity there as the AK Party.” You cannot. He says, “I will do activity there as the CHP.” You cannot. There only communist, social democrat and Kurdish parties could step in. They would never let you in again. The Turkish flag would not be there. They would never allow the Turkish flag. It would be a disaster.
There is no need to use polite words for defeat. Some people think that we are defeated. We are not. We will not be defeated as a people. We do not have such an attribute. You may be weak; you may be a coward; you may think that you are defeated. We do not think that we are defeated. We are a people used to winning. We think that we have established and will establish the Islamic Union. We think that we have a great country. We think that Allah is on our side and that we will prevail.
If there are people who think that they are defeated, they can mind their own business. Therefore, the MHP, the CHP and the AKP and all political parties must act together and take up a position. We must say that we will have a second independence war if required and declare their position to the whole world openly and begin a worldwide struggle against Darwinism and materialism. These two aspects are very vital. (Adnan Oktar, April 1st, 2013: A9 TV)
