Honorable Mr. Oktar,
On behalf of myself and my colleagues, MK David Azoulai, MK Yizhak Cohen, and Ms. Shoshana Bekerman, I am honored to express our deep appreciation for hosting the conference in Istanbul on May 9, 2013 and for arranging for the the meetings which took place on May 8, 2013 with the distinguished Members of the Turkish Parliament in Ankara.
The conference in Istanbul and the meetings in Ankara took place in a cordial and sincere atmosphere with the intention and goal of both sides to return to the historic alliance and friendship between our two countries and our two peoples which spans three thousand years through our common heritage based on our mutual forefather the prophet Abraham. We hope and pray together that the meetings and the conference will lead to the renewal of our historic friendship so that all matters in the future can be resolved and considered through dialogue and the spirit of friendship. We are hopeful that the conference and the dialogue between the parliamentarians will also bring about a renewal of the efforts for peace in the region.
We also note that all the Turkish members of Parliament with whom we met expressed their appreciation to Mr. Adnan Oktar and his colleagues who were instrumental to arrange the meetings which are so important and vital in the current situation. We join in this expression of gratitude.
We look forward to continue towards renewing our network of friendship with the Turkish people with your guidance. Please accept the expressions of our highest esteem and appreciation.
Sincerely yours,
M.K. Nissim Zeev
