ADNAN OKTAR: The security forces and police officers must be able to observe everywhere, clean up all of the cities and take a hard line with these crafty people.

ADNAN OKTAR: The police officers and the soldiers must be present at every corner of the country. The officers of the National Security Service must be present too. In a similar way, the Special Forces must be present as well.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let them deploy soldiers and police there, and put an end to it. For instance, the deployment of one hundred police officers or one hundred soldiers would not be enough for a district of ten thousand people. Then, you would barely see any officer or soldier on the streets.

ADNAN OKTAR: When a fire breaks out there, people can only access that area after the fire has been put out. When an incident takes place, the prosecutor can only be present at the scene if the terrorists want or decide to retreat. It should not be like that. They should not let a single terrorist there to be free; they should arrest all of them. The presence of an abundant number of soldiers and police officers would put an end to this scourge.

ADNAN OKTAR: There should be a police officer or a soldier at every step; then, they cannot find anywhere to go. Also, the people would be happy with that since our people have an affection for soldiers. This should be the case for a while until this scourge ends.

ADNAN OKTAR: It is important to protect the citizens for 24 hours a day. Those places are dangerous. The police should establish police stations there. These may be small ones. It is necessary to set up checkpoints as well. There are many armored vehicles available; the police may keep watch there by these vehicles.

Turkey’s Interior Minister Efkan Ala, emphasizing that police officers will be in charge of certain streets after the operations in the East and the Southeast of Turkey end, said: “There used to be a wardership system. And now, we regulate a similar system that indicates those who are in charge of in a specific street and neighborhood.”

Ala also said: “We will establish certain police centers to serve for preventative safety measures and some others in certain neighborhoods. This is a new concept that enables us to foresee any incident before it happens and to intervene an existing one almost immediately.”
