ADNAN OKTAR: The number [of CCTV cameras] could be raised, particularly in risky, dangerous areas. There could be a wide-ranging work with CCTV camera experts. They could be made even more expert. I mean, from now on technology will be more useful, in a positive sense, insha’Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: And events of this kind need to be identified with very clear images. For example, there is an attack in front of the Prime Ministers office, but the image is very poor.

There need to be night-vision cameras. Identification needs to be very clear. Crime identification using sensitive cameras is needed, particularly in sensitive locations because attempted murder is no laughing matter. It is an error not to bring all this in when we have the technological means.Unconcealed cameras are also at risk. The camera can clearly be seen; the person first breaks the camera and then carries out the attack. Exposed cameras are no good. There need to be hidden cameras in sensitive places, places the state regards as important.
