Allah indicates the golden ratio in the particular part of verse 8 of Surat ar-Rad;'EVERYTHING HAS ITS MEASURE WITH HIM.’

Fibonacci sequence follows as 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987, 1597, 2584 ...

The Golden Ratio in that specific place gives 13/8 = 1,625. As it is known, until the number 144 that is on the 13th step of the Fibonacci sequence, the ratios give approximately 1,618. However, as of the number 144, the ratio of numbers in the Fibonacci sequence give 1,618 without change as a constant.

The Golden Ratio is 1,618

Surat ar-Rad is the 13th surah.
When the surah number is divided by the 8th verse;
"13/8=1,625" is attained.

In the mentioned verse:

ALLAH KNOWS WHAT EVERY FEMALE BEARS AND EVERY SHRINKING OF THE WOMB AND EVERY SWELLING. EVERYTHING HAS ITS MEASURE WITH HIM.(Surat ar-Rad, 8)

In the particular statement of the verse, Allah indicates the measure and order, in other words, the Golden Ratio in His creation. Allah knows best.
