Darwin had great hopes for the fossil excavations that would be undertaken in the future. Yet despite the intervening 150 years between his day and the present, none of the intermediate forms he expected has ever been encountered. All fossils unearthed during this time are indications, not of a chaotic process stemming from chance, but of a perfect order that is proof of God"s Creation. Fossils dealt the most severe blow to the theory of evolution. The 25-million-year-old caterpillar in amber is identical to present-day caterpillars and one of the exemplary fossils that invalidates Darwinism.
