In the End Times, there will be people like the People of the Cave. The Prophet Jesus Messiah (pbuh) will be among them as well. There will be people who do not know their past; there will be may be ten, may be 15, may be 20 such people, with no family and no past. And we will realize that one of them is the Jesus Messiah (pbuh) and we will understand that some of them are the People of the Cave.

In the Qur'an God has drawn attention to the relativity of a thousand years. Jesus Messiah has been raised to the Presence of God in a thousand years and came back from the Presence of God in another thousand years. But that is as long as a blink of an eye.
