The people devoted to this world, people full of jealousy and envy, people in love with this world are unable to use their willpower and mind in such a calm environment. They are consumed with a stoicism and lethargy, so they lay themselves aside. But in a very fast-moving, fast-paced environment, a great number of adhesions take place with that sudden excitement.
