It is very important to show compassion to those who are ill. That is the sunnah of our Prophet (saas). Our Prophet (saas) says "he will carry ill people upon his head" for the Mahdi (pbuh).

As the materials "hear" those invocations they become permissible to the Unity of Islam, they become pertinent to it and the materials are thus oriented towards that. Pursuant to the invocations "Masha'Allah" and "Insha'Allah", the gates to the Unity of Islam would be opened and it actually is opening.

The unbelief, perversion, the system of the dajjal (antichrist) would never break away. It would wear thin but it would never break away. At the very least, there will be a few of them- for instance a couple of communists- to remain.
