A hypocrite is not alone. When he abandons Muslims, he turns to an already available hypocrite community. A hypocrite always has a crew that will watch over him and look after him but he hates them as much as they hate him.

However, if he is making changes in himself, then this means he is sick, and he is just trying to recover from his disease. There are those who have disease in their hearts; they do look like hypocrites. If they are being reasonable, if they acknowledge the verse, then they will renounce it.
