It would be beneficial if the government would explain such important projects in detail from the very beginning and keep the public well advised of the happenings. Making a point of giving account of developments would make the government even healthier.

Uprooting a tree and carrying it to a different location is like carrying a baby from one place to another. For that reason it should be very well emphasized that the uprooted trees will be carried to another location and replanted without being harmed.
