Turkey is The Most Active Centre Of islamic Creationism

Le Courrier, a daily newspaper published in French in Geneva, Switzerland, carried another report regarding Harun Yahya’s Atlas of Creation on 29 December, 2007. The paper listed the major developments of 2007 and went on to describe, under the caption “Islamic Creationism,” how Europe had become acquainted with the Atlas:

 This year, Switzerland and Europe discovered that the Evangelicals were not alone in their fight against Darwin and the theory of evolution. Harun Yahya, a wealthy Turkish Muslim, has sent copies of his book The Atlas of Creation to schools, libraries and universities in the West…Turkey has been one of the most active centres of Islamic creationism since the 1980s.
