Usak ART TV, 19 August 2008 Adnan Oktar: It is devout, fears Allah and behaves rationally, and Allah bestows the role of standard-bearer of Islam on such a nation. Allah has given such a nation the task of disseminating the moral values of Islam, insha’Allah... Ask anyone for a nation that lives by Islam, ask anyone in the Islamic world. Ask them who best lives by Islam. They will say the Turks. The Turks are the most consistent, the most just and the most rational in their implementation of Islam. They are the most immaculate. THAT IS WHY THERE IS COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND THE ALL SAY THAT TURKEY SHOULD LEAD THE WAY; THEY SAY THAT IN THE TURKIC WORLD AND THE ISLAMIC WORLD. Hilal TV, 27 December 2008 Adnan Oktar: TO DATE I HAVE NOT SEEN A SINGLE ISLAMIC COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT TURKISH LEADERSHIP. Nor have I seen a Turkic state that does not accept Turkish leadership. More recently, Kazakhstan has just said that Turkey should be leader. All the Turkic states want Turkey to be leader. Azerbaijan is really keen. Even Armenia wants to unite with Turkey. They say let us open up our borders and be one. They found that courage following my writings and these statements of mine and thus adopted the idea. Armenia, Georgia and even Lithuania and Russia will have a place in the Turkish union, in the Turkish-Islamic Union, insha’Allah. |
Al Ûdeh said it would be wrong to ascribe Turkey’s success and progress in recent years to the “political” sphere alone, and also referred to a “civil initiative” that would be a role model for the whole Islamic world, saying: “The fact of the matter is that the present circumstances make it essential for Arab countries and Turkey to exhibit greater communication than ever before. There is no doubt that the Justice and Development Party has played a major role in the development of Turkish stability. But I wish to state that politics is not the only respect in which we can benefit from Turkey. We also need to see the existence of non-governmental civil activities.” |
