Surat al-Ahzab, 35, 73

Surat al-Ahzab, 35

 “Men and women who are Muslims, men and women who are believers, men and women who are obedient, men and women who are truthful, men and women who are steadfast,” who are loyal to Allah and the Book. Disbelievers cannot be steadfast, for example. A woman does something, and they immediately go crazy. They beat and insult her. But believers are steadfast. Anyone can make a mistake. “...men and women who remember Allah much...” who fear and respect Allah. A woman who fears Allah is exquisitely beautiful. But if she has no fear, Allah takes that light away. The electricity and that womanly characteristic just disappear. “...men and women who fast, men and women who guard their private parts,” who do not enter into illicit sexual relations.“...men and women who remember Allah much: Allah has prepared forgiveness for them and an immense reward.”

I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed satan: “Corrupt women are for corrupt men and corrupt men are for corrupt women;” Allah says that this is what He will do. And evil men really are attracted to evil women. This is a miracle. Allah says He will do this. And it happens, all over the world. Horrible men take horrible women. “Corrupt women are for corrupt men and corrupt men are for corrupt women, Good women are for good men and good men are for good women. The latter are innocent of what they say. They will have forgiveness and a generous provision. Allah says he will make them wealthy. This is a miracle. There is another verse about it. They live well. It is amazing. The wisdom of Allah. A miracle.

Surat al-Ahzab, 73

 “This was so that Allah might punish the men and women of the hypocrites,” this is a reference to animal-like people who pretend to be Muslims, but who have bad blood and character, who sow the seeds of hatred, who have blood and pus pouring from their mouths, who talk about killing and slaughtering all the time, who have no compassion or kindness or depth – the bigots of this world. And these people’s women are their equivalent, utterly degraded.  “This was so that Allah might punish the men and women of the idolators,,” The idolators are also completely horrible. They stink to high heaven. “...and turn towards the men and women of the believers. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

This is narrated by Enes (r.a). ”The Prophet (saas) found them and said you said this and that, but I swear to Allah that…” In other words, they use the language of piety, saying we will not do this and not do that and not eat this or that. “I am the one who fears Allah and avoids what He has prohibited more than any of you,” says the Prophet (saas). In terms of piety, that is what he says. He speaks on the basis of revelation. “Nonetheless however, I sometimes fast and sometimes eat.” I do not fast all the time, he says. “I pray and I sleep. And I have relations with women,” he says. And well done to my ancestor. “That is my Sunnah. Whoever does not keep to my Sunnah is not one of us,” he says.

“You who believe! Do not take the Jews and Christians as your friends; they are the friends of one another. Any of you who takes them as friends is one of them. Allah does not guide wrongdoing people.”
