Some examples of the enormous global impact of the economic crisis described by our Prophet (saas) as one of the portents of the appearance of Hazrat Mahdi (as)
Harun YahyaOne of the portents of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as) in the End Times is the outbreak of a great economic crisis. The hadith report that there will be a period of stagnation when people complain of such economic difficulties as “low earnings, and stagnation in the markets and in business.”

An economic crisis is taking place across the world in which major economies such as America, China and Germany have suffered severe damage and which has caused world-famous companies, banks and industries to collapse. World Bank President Robert Zoellick says of this economic crisis;

Thus clearly demonstrating the true extent of this economic stagnation. It is clear from this statement that this important hadith has also come about in the 1400s (according to the Islamic calendar) with this economic crisis, one of the portents of the coming of Hazrat Mahdi (as).
