New Muslim political party launched in Spain

The first national political party with a Muslim viewpoint has been launched in Granada. According to the founder of the Party, the writer, poet and journalist, Mostafa Bakkach El Aamrani, The Partido Renacimeinto y Unión España or PRUNE party of Spain intends to contest the municipal elections next year in places where the Muslim population is crowded as Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona, Murcia, Valencia, Oviedo and Toledo.

Around one million of 45 million population of Spain is Muslim and the new party is stated to fight for the rights of Muslims. At present, though there are Islamic political parties in Ceuta and Melilla, these are joining the elections only in the regions that they are located, not all through Spain.
